The Area Narda Beach House is situated on a quiet shady street & surrounded by peppermint trees. It's only a short 200m walk to fantastic Prevelly/Gnarabup Beach. Walking distance to a choice of 3 cafes, bars, restaurants by well set out walking paths and beach side trails. The area is well protected from the wind, and Prevelly/Gnarabup beach, just a short walk away, is often the most protected and calm swimming spot in the area. Deep turquoise water and small lagoon reef structures provide for great swimming for all ages, and snorkeling or kayaking in most conditions. Just a few kilometers away is the Margaret River Golf Course open to visitors daily. Also just a short walk or drive are the world famous surf breaks and choice of many many beautiful wineries. The House Come and stay at Narda Beach House as we have ensured that everything has been taken care of to keep you entertained and comfortable. Narda Beach House has a lovely outdoor entertaining area and large timber veranda. Shady peppermint trees surround the house & provide pleasant filtered sunshine year round. The house has been recently renovated and now boasts a modern, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. Quality furnishings, fresh professionally supplied white linen/towels and entertainment system is provided; along with reverse cycle air conditioning to ensure your enjoyment of the house year round. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Double bed Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (2 single) Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Shower, Toilet, Heat Lamp. Bathroom 2: Shower, Toilet. Linen & Towels: All linen and bath towels are provided. Please byo beach towels. Heating/cooling. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the living/dining area or heating/cooling Some of the bedrooms have oil column heaters. In summer Prevelly is usually mild climate so there isn't much need for cooling.

Great location! Clean & comfortable… perfect for beach family times. We loved the outdoor shower and walking to the beaches. Some confusion about the price quoted for 7 adults vs the amount charged. Clarification pre booking would be appreciated. 😊

We really liked the location in a quite neighbourhood. It was just a short walk to the beach, though we didn’t end up going to that beach. We loved the pizza oven. Perfect size for a normal large pizza. We’d bought massive ones from Costco, so we cut them into quarters. But the properly heated oven cooked the pizzas very quickly, so everyone was satisfied. My hubby & I found the mattress in the the master to be a bit hard for us, but then that is very much a personal preference for everyone. The home has been beautifully renovated recently, and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay for us 5 adults, and would’ve been for 3 couples as well.

We stayed in this lovely property for two nights. The house was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything you need is there. We slept really well in comfort. not far from Margs, but far enough to enjoy the serenity. We were woken by a beautiful Kookaburra concert in the morning. Can recommend this place very much.

Clean, tidy and every amenity catered for. Perfect setting ,in a quiet area with easy 300 m walk to the best beach. Desperately wanted to stay another night as we didn’t want to leave!! We’ll be back.

The house is still under renovation but this didn’t cause any issues. House was clean and the upgrades were very nice. The only issue we had was the shower drains were clogged up with dirt/hair resulting the bathrooms to flood. We rectified the issue ourselves by pulling the drain attachment off and cleaning all the drains. We tried to call the owner the very next day to let him know but our call and voicemail wasn’t actioned.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed oir stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was a tin opener. There was one as part of a bottle opener but it wasn’t easy to use, it wouldn’t penetrate the tin. The beds in the 2 smaller rooms also squeaked which impacted on our sleep a bit.

We loved staying here. It was such an easy family holiday. The house was immaculate when we arrived! We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years and I would rank this as the best as far as cleanliness goes. Clean crisp sheets, very comfy bed and pillows. The house itself is simple and basic but has everything you need. Whilst the lounge is older its comfy. This is the holiday place to take the kids/teens when you don't want to stress about them. Walk to beach and cafe. Walk to the Common for a drink. Central location. Very leafy and bird song. So relaxing sitting on the verandah. My only concern was where to put our SUP's when not in use. I was worried whether they would be safe if left outside overnight as there are no fences around the garden. Not having a fence is lovely so its a catch 22.... only a small issue that we were able to deal with but thought I'd mention it. Be great to have a shed we could have put the boards in overnight. We will be back.

Location fantastic so close to the beach, layout of house quite good. A few minor issues - TV's not as advertised (some missing and others too complicated to work properly). Heat/AC also hard to work as the screen on remote doesn't show anything. Enjoyed the extra touches esp. the laundry powder!

We absolutely loved this property, just what we wanted for a nice girls weekend away. Situated in a quiet street, set amongst the trees and just a short stroll to the beach. The property was immaculately cleaned. This house would be perfect for families. The bedrooms are very spacious! We will definitely be returning!

This house is located in a wonderful position in Prevelly, very close to the beach and town. The actual house itself does need a good deep clean inside and out though and an update of the fittings and fixtures especially in the bathrooms and kitchen and the extraction fan does not work.
