About this house rental
Spacious and beautifully decorated... Comfort is the priority at Sea fan Meadows.
My main house has 2 master bedrooms, 2 Baths and a study with a queen size futon. i do allow guests to drive my car, if guests are 5 or less. The car is not being rented, but allowed to be used. Please see my contract.
Large open rooms; showers so roomy a curtain isn't needed; the gourmet-level kitchen. Smart TV, Fiber internet - These are the highlights of the amenities awaiting you!
Relax by the pool. Cruise the coast or up on the Bluff by bicycle. Plan a meal around just-caught fish and locally grown produce.
You set the pace at Sea fan Meadows.
Wade off the beach to snorkel the near-shore reef, kayak out a short way to view the sea fan meadow, and the drop-off.
You'll gain all the benefit my families' 40 year love-affair with Cayman Brac.
Our location...Bamboo Bay; handy to everything on Cayman Brac... mid - island on the North shore, within walking distance of the main crossroad. The 150' bluff and settlement of Spot Bay to the East, sunsets to the West.
On 2 acres of property, attracting a flock of Cayman Brac parrots from the bluff to feed in the afternoon, Sea fan Meadows offers you a wonderfully private seclusion (no neighbors in sight,) while being handy to wherever you might (ad)venture.

I loved my time at this house. She is a very responsive guest that clearly loves to share the natural beauty of the island. The views of the ocean are unobstructed, and it's in an incredibly private location. One can snorkel or dive easily right from the house, you just need reef shoes as there are many urchins (but if you are here to dive, you probably already have them). We saw some great sea life here. On one day, it was too rough to snorkel, but we still could have dove. The pool is refreshing, but it's that view that wins awards. Other than a couple boats off in the distance, we only saw one pair of snorkelers go by from a house quite a distance away one day. The owner kindly includes her car in the rental, which is new and in tip top shape. The house is comfortable, and the beds were super comfy! We will definitely return!

This was our 3rd stay at Seafan Meadows. The house is fantastic, property is great. Cha-Che is easy to communicate with, and Jeffrey (on island manager) is great.

We so enjoyed our time. Both the property manager and the owner were very responsive and kind. Sweet place to stay.

WOW. This place is awesome, we had a great time here, the layout of the house is great, plenty of seperation when you want to crash but an awesome great room for hanging out. Kitchen is well equipped really its a gourmet kitchen. The outside is great the hammock in between the pillars on the outside porch is wonderfiul. Pool is nice to relax in and the beach although somewhat rocky (ironshore) at the edge has sand before that where you can hang out and make a fire or realx. Snorleking in front of the house is good. Owner was very quick to respond to me and was accomodating when I had asked to extend my stay. The property manager was quick to respond to us whenever we had an issue (which were minor)
