The wall of windows and doors lead from living area to private balcony patio. Our condo has 2 Master King Suites (w/ full baths). Couples trip to FWB to bring in the new year. We were able to view the fireworks from the balcony. I loved the spacing of the bedrooms. Location was within walking distance of many restaurants. The host supplied basics to help until we got to the store. Great spot. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful; both bathrooms had separate tubs and huge showers. I would stay again.

From the moment I booked this property until the moment we checked out I was in contact with the owner. She was kind and informative. The property was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean, it was updated. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was perfect and the view was to die for.
Me, my husband and our 3 young children had a blast and enjoyed every second.

We have vacationed in this area for the last 3 years and this was our favorite property by far! It was clean and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all of the supplies you need to prepare meals. We will definitely be back!

Great communication from property manager! Mrs. Barbara is an absolute charm! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for! We didn’t get to spend time at the beach, but this condo was almost beach front. Easy access to the pool and beach, and an almost private elevator (elevator next to the condo that wasn’t used by any other guests through our entire stay). All utensils that we needed were provided in the kitchen. Will likely be back!

We absolutely loved the location and the host was great too. We were in town for a memorial so it was a sad reason to visit but even despite that, the property was about as uplifting as anyone could ever ask for. It would be the perfect spot for a vacation!

I would definitely stay here again. The place was amazing and my kids loved the beach and the heated pool. Having a kitchen saved us so much money with not having to eat out for every meal. The place was spacious, clean, and absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone looking. The process was easy and instructions were clear. It was a great experience and we are very appreciative for the opportunity to stay here.

When we arrived, we were astounded by the space and amenities available to us. We encountered a couple of issues including a really dirty floor and issues with the ice maker (both out of the property owners control) but after communicating with the property owner, she quickly offered solutions. Our stay was wonderful and cozy and we would definitely stay again.

We had so much fun during our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. I could tell that each piece was picked out perfectly. The view was perfection. The resort was great especially if you have children. Everyone we encountered was nice and friendly. Barbara ensured that we had everything we needed before check in. The parking was a little tricky, but we got the hang of it by our first day. We can’t wait to visit again.

A lot of people have commented about how the property isn’t clean. It wasn’t awful, but there was still a lot of sand, dust, and dirt upon arrival. This however was not my issue. My issue was how the property managers communicate so unprofessional. We were late checking out (totally our fault, we thought checkout was at 11 am not 10 am and discovered this at 1040 when housekeeping knocked on the door to clean) and the property manager starts texting and calling me as we’re trying to wheel our cart with all our luggage out of the room to get out of the housekeepers way. I return her call and she was extremely rude and starts demanding I pay the housekeeper $100 cash fee they’re tacking on for us not being out on time (again, our fault, we will take care of it, but didn’t love the idea either of leaving $100 cash in the room with no receipt that we paid it to a stranger) and says I’m not allowed to hang up with her until I tell her how we’re going to pay him right now since I told her we didn’t have that much cash on us. She then demands I leave a check right now instead (who brings their checkbook on vacation???) She continued to become more rude with me as I was trying to find the housekeeper in the hall to see if we could Apple Pay him or venmo or something and then puts her husband on the phone who then starts CUSSING at me about how he’s not going to pay this extra fee because we are late and it’s not his responsibility to remind us what time we needed to be out (never asked them to or even tried to say any of this was not our fault) all the while my toddler is crying in the background and we are just trying to get out of the door. AWFUL end to the trip. I texted the owner after we had left to let her know I didn’t appreciate the cussing at all as my toddler heard everything because I had them on speaker phone and how unprofessional that was and no response from her. Would never book with them again after that. Super disappointed.

We rented this unit with hopes that the housekeeping issues mentioned in prior reviews had been resolved, that was definitely not the case. The only thing I can say for sure that was done between the previous guests and us was changed bed sheets and clean towels put out. The floors were filthy, stove and counter tops not wiped down, ceiling fans had dust and dirt caked on, thick dust on the head board and wall decor…I could go on. I let the host know to which she replied she would talk to housekeeper but no offer to remedy it or refund the hefty fee paid for cleaning.
A map of the amenities would be helpful as once you’re in the condo, you have to search to figure out fitness center, beach access and pool area.
The unit itself is nice but not well cared for. Waterscape is a great place and we will def stay here again-planning now for next year but definitely not in this unit.

The resort was great for families with kids. The waterpark was a life saver on hotter days but very crowded. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was a ton of seaweed during our stay and the palm tree in front of the balcony desperately needed trimming and blocked the view promised in the listing. However if it was trimmed it would have definitely delivered. Despite the seaweed and palm tree obstacle we had a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The condo is just as described. Very clean and well kept. Barbra was extremely responsive. As an added bonus there were beach toys for the kiddos. I loved sitting on the balcony having my morning coffee while the family slept in. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful clean property
The property itself is very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were nice because they were both size king. Our only complaint would be the view as it is looking over the Hilton fence and it got pretty loud there with the pool party in music during the day. The resort itself is very nice and the amenities are nice. They were very strict on pool bands so be aware that you have to wear these at all times. The security would walk up to me in my infant son while we were nursing and asked to see my band. This had not happened in years past so not sure if they had a lot of issues with people breaking and entering or what has started this. The owner was very friendly and sent the chart of activities in advance as well as recommendations for local restaurants. I would definitely book with this owner again.

Great Family Condo & Resort
This was our second year to stay at Waterscapes and it is the perfect place for a family with little ones. Everything is so convenient and designed for families to have a good time. We loved this condo. Decor was updated and cozy, views of the Gulf were nice, and it was very clean and well kept. Being right beside the elevator made for an easy walk to getting outside. The large tub is a favorite for everyone in our family. We had a great visit and will return again soon! Barbara was a great host who provided lots of good information we found helpful and was always very responsive to messages.

We have stayed at Waterscape for 7 years now and this was our first experience entering a dirty condo. We called Barbara and immediately notified her of our issues. She sent the cleaner to come correct the changes but sadly he only cleaned the toilets. And brought sheets out of the new package(never washed) and placed on the beds.
There was food left on the balcony, the beds did not have any sheets on them just an obviously dirty comforter, hairs left all over the showers and flooring of the bathroom, bathroom mirrors had tooth paste splatter on them, the windows to the balcony hadn’t been cleaned in some time, you could barely see the beautiful ocean right outside the condo! The view was priceless and the furnishing of the condo were very nice with a full kitchen. The fridge was broken but still kept our items cold. The towels were dirty and when mentioned of the strong cigarette odor we had to wash them ourself in order to get clean towels. I think the only issue here is the current cleaning service whom pretended to clean but otherwise just chilled in the room all day with their family instead. We hope Ms Barbara can find a new cleaning company to make her condo great again! It truly is an amazing condo with great views right outside the elevator access to the beach. With great furnishings with antique furniture it was a great vacation space.
