About this condo rental
Situated in Sahuarita, this lovely condo for $68 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy the sunsets, beauty and serenity of the Sonoran Desert. Everything you need is here in this southwestern Casita filled with charm and comfort. Within a senior adult community, “mi Casita” (my small house) is a Green Valley Resort Home located in friendly Green Valley. Just steps away are the private tenant only pool and Jacuzzi; close to GVRH tennis courts, West Center for fitness and recreation center; within short walking distance to the Continental Shopping Plaza for groceries, shopping and dining. This one bedroom, one bath unit has been remodeled throughout with new furniture, appliances, fixtures and ceramic tile flooring. Be one of the first to enjoy this delightful and immaculate home away from home! The bedroom has a new pillow-top King Bed, a full size chest of drawers, a desk, lamps and end tables and large 6 foot closet. There are additional storage containers under the bed. In the living room find a large recliner, a comfortable sofa, tables with lamps and guest seating. There is also a 42" HD flat screen television with Direct TV and wireless high-speed internet service. The kitchen features filtered water, all new refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave oven. Dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker and toaster are all provided; dining area for four. With a skylight in the bathroom, walk into beautiful and spacious tiled shower; all towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included. There is also a washer/dryer in the casita. Green Valley Recreation facilities are available for a one-time nominal fee. Enjoy access to any one of 13 recreation centers and their pools, most which have fitness centers and provide for a wide variety of social activities. Don't forget your golf clubs! Green Valley has 8 golf courses; 6 public and 2 private, in the GV area with additional courses in Tubac, Tucson and Nogales. Hiking and biking is accessible. Close-by Madera Canyon is a world renowned birding area. This is an age-restricted resort community. At least one resident must be 55 or older. Please call or email me to make your reservation. I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was efficient and I had everything I needed. The pool was across the street and. the neighbors were very kind. Mara gave me an extra night for a reasonable price because my niece and family would be in GV and I wanted to see them. It was a great time.

Nice little place and a very comfortable king size bed. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Washer, dryer and dishwasher worked well. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

This property has been updated, always clean and well-stocked. Simple, cozy layout. Location centrally located to services, Madera Canyon, Desert Meadows, GVR facilities, and bike paths. We would return whenever in this area of Arizona.

I stayed at the property for three weeks. It was cozy, comfortable and met all my needs. There was plenty of storage for all of my belongings. The location was easy to access from the highway and central to all of my interests. Madera Canyon was excellent for hiking and the numerous golf courses in close proximity met all my needs. There was shopping and restaurants within minutes of the location. Mara and Mel checked in on me several times to make sure everything was going well. I was looking for a peaceful serene get-a-way and this met all my needs. Would consider staying here again if it ever is available at this time of the year.

We enjoyed our 2.5 month stay in this unit. It was very clean and very comfortable. Appliances were up to date, everything we needed was in the cupboards and in like new condition. Casita had been updated -tile floors, great shower - easy to get in an out of. Close to the pool and hot tub, within walking distance to shopping centre, recreation centre, restaurants. Nice court yard. Owner was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Can't say enough good things about this unit and this owner.

This one bedroom casita is maintained beautifully, interior is sharp, extremely clean, with beautiful updates such as all tile flooring and custom tile work shower. I felt immediately relaxed and at home and well taken care of with the little extras that the owner supplies as part of her welcome package. Fantastic location across the road from the pool, no car needed to get there, could walk to shopping center and GVR. Probably the best place to rent in Green Valley, the owner takes pride in the upkeep of this home and it is in superb condition.

We really enjoyed our stay at this casita this past winter. The casita was very clean and has been recently renovated with new appliances and all the comforts of home. You do not need to bring anything. A shopping center with grocery store and restaurants is within walking distance and we found it very centrally located for our needs, activities, church and entertainment. The pool and hot tub are steps away from the casita and is a plus for this rental. The owner was very accommodating and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. There is a very nice court yard right outside the front door. We highly recommend this casita for your winter stay in Green Valley.

Much more than pictures and description relates. Clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The owner was very attentive to any issues/questions we had. We would return next year if it hadn't already been rented for months we wanted.
