The property was as advertised. It was comfortable and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable. Liked having a gas grill and sitting on the deck. No AC but the ceiling fans and opened windows kept us cool. Altitude Adjustment is a great place to get an attitude adjustment.

Our first visit to the Davis WV area and we loved it! Condo perfectly situated between Davis and ski areas. Loved the layout with 2 beds and baths up and half bath down, roomy kitchen and dining table large enough for board games as well as meals. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching football after some great hiking. Will definitely try to return and would rent same place again!

The property is in a great location, just aa 20 minute or less drive from all of the trails and adventures we took. We loved the balcony on the second floor, the grill and the deck. It's the perfect home for a small group and we would definitely come back. Note - there is no air conditioning so keep this in mind. The rooms have fans and if you open the windows at night the place cools down quickly. We loved this rental!

The bathrooms were very updated but I must say that I would have liked a grab bar outside the master bedroom bathroom. The bathtub was quite deep and for your protection I think you may want to install a bar for ease in stepping out of the shower. But overall our experience was delightful.

The Deerfield village is very nice, we enjoyed the sport grounds (played basketball and volleyball), kids used the pool, and we enjoyed the views of the little lake. Very conveniently located to explore Canaan Valley and all natural beauties nearby. Highly recommend.

I have been renting at Deerfield for many years and this is by far one of the best units I have stayed in! Everything has been recently updated and that enhanced the quality of our stay. I cannot recommend any other unit to rent when deciding to stay at Deerfield!

The condo was perfect - clean and every amenity you could need right down to dish soap, it felt like we were at home. The *only* thing we were disappointed in was that there was no AC and it was warm and stuffy the first day we were there. It would have been nice to know so we could have brought a fan. The weather cooled down it was great. So, I can't recommend going when it's 90 in the summer but otherwise it's great. However, temps in the area are rarely that high so it's not a major issue.
