We rented the condo for a week as my son was doing some intensive therapy here in the area. We will be returning for another extensive stay and look forward to our stay! Brian was easy to work with and responded to any questions we had! 10 out of 10, would recommend for your stay!

My mom and I came to Denver to visit my brother. This condo being 2 complete units in one was absolutely the best set up we could have asked for! Furnishings were comfortable and the location was perfect for all we wanted to do and explore. When we come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Denver and surrounding sight seeing. There were 4 of us and this condo was very comfortable and spacious. It's also just a couple of blocks from the rail station to avoid traffic. We were able to be downtown and in the mountains easily!

This property desperately needs a thorough deep cleaning!! The Master bathroom had not been cleaned. There were many moths in the rooms but no swatters. Location & property layout are GREAT but better care needs to be a priority.

This condo is convenient to Denver and surrounding CO sights. We enjoyed the convenience to so many nearby restaurants and the rapid transit line. We would definitely book again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It is a cute little place - maybe not the most updated but cozy and comfortable. We loved the fireplace. Big closets and dressers were a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough for 2 people. We probably cook more than most and it worked ok.
The complex is in a great location. Lots of casual dining and shopping nearby. Quick access to I25.
Since it was winter we didn’t use the grill. The community center and gym were closed for repairs so I can’t comment on that.
Finally, the owner was great! He made check-in/check-out easy, made sure we had everything we needed and provided with a list of all the places to visit in the area. Thanks Brian!

It was so nice to stay somewhere more like home rather than a hotel as she recovered.

Washer and dryer very helpful ( we packed enough for half a trip, then did a load of laundry). Just a few steps up to the first floor and you're in.

Our party consisted of 2 couples. The condo provided exactly what we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping. We explored all there was too do around Denver and this location was perfect. Beds and furnishings were comfy.

Each night relaxing at the condo, pool area & outdoor grill. The only downer of our trip was that the RTD was not reliable which was no fault of the condo owner. Thankfully we had also rented a vehicle and it was easy to navigate around. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay. The host was welcoming upon check-in and reached out afterwards to see how my stay was. We left an item at the property and he even offered to ship it to me. The location is great and close to many stores and downtown. I recommend this condo!

My coworkers and I stayed here with great results- we were both on a restricted diet, so having a full kitchen really helped. Being a 2-bed, 2-bath, we both had all the privacy we needed. Listing was just as described- no surprises. The amenities, cleanliness, and communication made this place perfect. We will be back to this property, and the property owner was fantastic!
