Great location right near the bus station where you can catch your bus which starts from here to Mt Kinabalu NP/ Kundasan / Sepilok / Sandakan. We booked this place for this reason as we had an early morning bus.
The staff were really welcoming and my room on the 1st floor was airy and spacious.
Restaurants are below the hotel and near the bus station (cheaper).
Water filters in a few places on the floor.
There is a huge supermarket and a large Hypermarket a short walk on the main road where you can stock up on supplies before your trip.
Overall great hotel for a stopover.
Slight odour when you enter the room and the Air conditioning is off, but it’s not terrible and you soon get used to it .
Everything else good .

It was good place to stay, big room.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Restaurants next door nice.

musty smoke smell in the rooms. They did air freshen it once we asked but it still remained.

1. staffs were nice
2. price
1. you can hear all of the voice from outside
2. the window in the toilet was opened, it made me uncomfortable when someone was talking outside(we lived at first floor which near the parking area, and it was too high to close the window 😔)
3. it was not very clean during our stays
eg. after room cleaning, when we came back, there still had many hairs in shower place
