Venligt personale, men desværre lav standard og beskidte håndklæder og sengelinned

Hotellets restaurant lavede god mad og vores tjener var sød og ydede god service. De fleste af hotellets ansatte var søde og hjælpsomme. Værelset havde god udsigt.

Rengøringen var af meget lav standard, på ingen måde i orden på et hotel. Sengetøjet var beskidt, håndklæderne var beskidte, sengegavlen var beskidt, dørene, badeværelset, ja nærmest beskidt over det hele.

A decent enough place to stay to break journey in Ratnagiri

This hotel is located facing the beach right next to a pier near the Ratnagiri lighthouse. Good place to crash by the sea. They have a resto and it's ok, nothing great. nice bar/lounge next door.

Balconies are not really accesible

Location okay. Pity that the direct surroundings are dirty.

Beautiful location, direkt at the beach. Friendly staff, good breakfast when they serve a buffet.

The restaurant for lunch and dinner is expensive and not the best choice. Mosquitos in the room, barking dogs all night.

Not worth the money

Absolutely nothing.

The room was small, way too many mosquitos, the bathroom window was missing, shower curtain was missing. I feel I paid too much for a room. Could have stayed in a 3 star property for the money I paid

Good experience, great location.

Location is very good. Nice Restaurant next to the hotel, staff is cordial and efficient. Clean property. They can do better on the ambience factor. The property has immense potential to improve.

Ambience was not up to the mark. Extra furniture kept in corridor of the rooms. Room tariff was a little on higher side.

Proximity to main beach and panaromic sea view from the rooms was very beautiful. Bath tub with jacuzzi like features were a 👍🏾 Staff was courteous and helpful.

Atleast suite rooms should have hair dryer, mini fridge and sound proof windows. We should get these as the price we pay is almost same in any four hotel where we get these basic amenities. Also food options for complimentary breakfast and paid afternoon snacks should be increased.

Hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. So there was construction noise. Also my rooms were not close to each other

Hotel with a view and wonderful staff !!

The location is nice and the beach is relatively clean. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant needs a special mention for being very warm , accommodating and super helpful ! The food in the restaurant was also affordable and delicious.

The bathrooms are very tiny !! if you are claustrophobic, it could make you nervous the first few times. The property is old but they are already busy with the renovations :)

Rooms and staff are good but the location of hotel is bad

The hotel is too close to open sewage and beach with full crowd and zero cleanliness. No parking inside the hotel and common area outside the hotel did not look safe enough.

Good

The entire staff was very good, courteous & polite. They always assisted us while we were living there. Food was great!! We did a hastle free online booking & were informed about the status of our booking on time to time basis.

Pest control should be done in all rooms on regular basis as we faced some issue of termites in the clothes cupboard. Also if the furniture is beyond treatment then it should be changed completely.

Great location, opposite to The Gateway of Ratnagiri. Buffet Breakfast choice of Indian food, Bread & eggs to order. Well trained courteous service & friendly staff.
