We got what we paid for. Nothing special. Livable
Attitude. Our frind got leg injury and was not able to climb stairs, nobody cared. She change hotel and got no money back. We tried to ask for lower floor, but they did not care

The location is very close to the center, accross the street there is a parking place where you can leave the car, the breakfast was ok.

Reasonably close to the railway station, and to the centre of town.
My impression was that the bed & breakfast side of the operation took a decidedly second place when compared to the restaurant side of the business. Communication problems and misunderstandings may have been exacerbated by language difficulties, but the fact that there was no controller for the air-conditioning in my room, meant I had to endure two uncomfortable days.
The fact that every time you entered the room or the B&B area, you had to enter a 6 digit code on a keypad. This made mistakes very frequent, and was very annoying. A four digit code would have been sufficient.
Breakfast was set out on a bench, with an open door nearby. With the hot weather I noticed that the flies had a good time feeding on the conveniently displayed food. Not very hygienic.

The room was clean and in the city center. There is a good pizzeria right by the location which also serves salads and more. Very convenient.
The breakfast was super disappointing: I read on the website they provided strudel and fresh baked stuff but there was only a very dry pie (crostata). The croissants are frozen and not fresh. In general it's a very poor and tasteless breakfast. The bathroom did not have a bidet which is very surprising given the price of the rooms and also the fact that we are in Italy so everyone assumes there is a bidet in the bathroom. They should specify it somewhere.
