Casa Harden is a well-cared-for home located in Spa Buena Vista, five miles south of Los Barriles on the Sea of Cortez. Approximately 25 years old and beautifully maintained, it features all the American amenities of home with the flair of Mexican styling. The beautiful palapa roof, along with the bright Mexican colors, will remind you that you're on vacation.
This three-bedroom, two-bath home offers 2,100+ sq. ft. of living space, plus a large 1,000+ sq. ft. tile deck overlooking the breathtaking sunrises and the sportfishing boats leaving for their day trips. New, updated air conditioning in each room keeps the temperature comfortable year-round. A smart TV in the living room and broadband internet (bring your own computer) will keep you connected with daily news.
A gorgeous, private gated garden in front offers a peaceful retreat on windier beach days, with a barbecue patio for quiet, private outdoor dining. The good separation between the beachfront deck and the garden area gives families plenty of different spots to spread out and enjoy.
A large garage provides plenty of room for your rental car, or for storing beach toys and rental vehicles if you're bringing along ATVs or other gear for your trip.
The climate is generally tropical with low humidity. Cooling ocean breezes make the sunny days and starry nights comfortable. Average winter temperatures run 70–80°F, and summer temperatures run 80–100°F. The sea and sky are usually clear, blue, and beautiful.
The Spa Buena Vista Hotel, located just 100 yards away, offers extra amenities for a small fee, including use of the bar and restaurant. Guests can also use the pool for an additional fee — a great option if you're traveling with kids. If sportfishing is what you're looking for, they can accommodate that as well.
Casa Harden is only 5–10 minutes from Los Barriles, where you'll find the finest restaurants, medical and dental services, a health spa, a fitness gym, shopping for gifts or groceries, an English-speaking church, ATV rentals, and anything else you might need on your trip.

We loved staying at Casa Harden! It’s a welcoming home with everything you need for the perfect, relaxing beach vacation. The house was spotless, beds extra comfortable, towels and kitchenware plentiful. We appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer. Nice appliances and an outdoor grill made cooking meals easy. The hotel a few doors away has a great restaurant if you want to eat out without driving into town. You can even buy a day pass to use the hotel pool and swim up bar. The beach is spectacular! Sandy, clean, not crowded. The house has everything you need to enjoy it including a kayak, paddle board, snorkel masks, life jackets, beach umbrella.and plenty of towels. It all makes for a super relaxing vacation. We will be back!

Very nice well kept comfortable house. The beach in front is very quiet and rock free. Beautiful sunrises. The hotel next door is very convenient. We went there a few times to eat at their restaurant. The caretaker of the house was always just a text away if we needed her. Very responsive. The owner also was quick to answer any questions. Enjoyed the house and area!

This home is. Great place to make family memories. Now the inside is bit dated BUT it has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The snorkel equipment and the beach toys could use a refresh but we made do. A/C worked, beds were comfy and the manager was lovely. We had cows, donkeys and a cute little dog named Hugo come visit us. The neighbours were nice as well. Just a great vibe. Thank you Barbara. We’ll be back

Arrived at 3:00 per instructions and workmen were installing windows in the kitchen. Tools and materials filled the kitchen and the hammering and drilling was awful. No person to greet us except by telephone. Workers left at 5:00. Loved the house and location notwithstanding ATVs going by on the beach regularly.
