About this house rental
new modern holiday home with very nice private pool in quiet surrounding for 4-5 persons, with WiFi and aircon and 4 bicycles. New, modern holiday home with modern facilities for 4-5 people. At the unusually designed, quite large, dark blue pool, you can enjoy your holidays, with benches inside the pool.
The house is very well equipped with air conditioning and everything a vacationer's heart desires:
Modern, open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and all other necessary kitchen utensils - thereto followed by the dining area with chairs.
Spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV, comfortable sofas, Air Conditioning Hot / Cold
Small but well equipped bathroom
2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.6 m) and one with a double bed (1,4 m wide) and a single bed (0,90 m).
At the house there is a covered terrace with furniture.
In the small garden there are several palm trees and flowering bushes.
The area around the pool is quite large, there are sunloungers for your comfort and to
relax.
The property is completely fenced with a wall. The entrance is through a large roll-up door.
A secure parking is available.

The property and amenities were exactly as stated… we followed the agents instructions and the host met us without delay… the property is rural with easy access by car to local amenities and beaches in 10 minutes… we used the by cycles to enjoy the forest trails and trips to the nearest beach… the kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances… excellent shower… comfortable bed and strong wife… the outside pool area is outstanding… safe off road car parking… ‘boutique’ style pool with palm trees and waterfall mural provides a luxury experience.

The villa is modern, well equiped and very comfortable both inside and out. The property is very secure and off street parking is a real bonus. The grounds are well kept and the small grassed area breaks up the hard landscaping well. The two palm trees are lovely and give shade. The pool is excellent, the water fresh and clear and maintained regularly. The air conditioning works very well and powerful enough to cool the whole villa. Even at 35-40 degrees outside temperature, the preset 20 degree a/c setting was great. Our only negative was the shower water temperature that was not stable and could change from ok to extremely hot without notice. A beautiful villa with excellent facilities.

Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder in der Casa José. Nach wie vor gut eingerichtet und sauber.
José Manuel ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber.
Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in der Casa José
Es ist alles so wie abgebildet, der Pool ist super
und das Wlan war stabil.
Nachts war es ruhig und es gab keine Hühner (wo so oft sonst in Conil) die gestört haben.
Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit dem netten Vermieter
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
