Nestled in Osage Beach, this lovely condo for $295 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lakefront condominium with a breathtaking view of the Lake. The condo is on a quiet top floor in building 5, one of the newest condos in one of the nicest complexes at the Lake. The building is next to the heated, outdoor pool. The condo features walk-in access from the parking lot (no steps), but yet is on the 4th floor for great views of the lake. Note: There is a separate $125 cleaning fee that is not included in your rental cost that should be left in the condo at the end of the stay for the housekeeper. Dock available on request for an additional fee The living room features a gas fireplace, 50” HD TV, home theater system, 500Mhz high speed wireless internet, and reclining comfortable couches and chairs to enjoy your time indoors and the view outdoors. The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances. Keurig, Mr Coffee, diswasher, and a large dining table overlooking the lake. . The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress and a large HDTV. There is a private bath off the master bedroom with both a shower and bathtub. There is also a large separate walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with attached bath and an HDTV. An inflatable air mattress is also available for additional guests. A washer and dryer are located in the condo. Only a five minute drive away is a factory outlet mall, golf, miniature golf, go-cart track, as well as a State Park with lots of outdoor amenities. The condo is adjacent to the main pool and a short walk to the childrens lazy river and splash pool. In the heart of Osage Beach, this 15-acre condominium complex has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. During the mornings relax on your deck and watch an amazing view of the boats on the lake – everything from jet skis to 50’ luxury yachts! During the day enjoy the pool next to our building that features a waterfall & upscale patio furnishings. Our condo is located in building 5, which is the closet condo to the heated pool in the Lands End Complex. For families there is a separate children’s waterpark w/ lazy river & a large playground & basketball court. The modern clubhouse features a state-of-the art fitness center as well as a pool table and lounge area for guests. In the evenings take a walk on the half mile lighted boardwalk that features a 10 mile panoramic view of the Osage (Main Channel) & Grand Glaize. Then watch the beautiful sunsets from your deck that will take your breath away. The private deck includes a gas grill and fantastic views of both the main channel and the weekend no-wake zone channel leading to the Grand Glaze bridge and State Park. The State Park is an excellent place to water ski if you have a boat. Note: There is a separate $125cleaning fee that is not included in your rental cost that should be left in the condo at the end of the stay for the housekeeper.

Beautiful condo, very clean and comfortable, amazing sunsets, no steps made it easy for the senior in our group. The pool, lazy river, and clubhouse were wonderful too. Great owner, very prompt to reply to all communications, and even sent a message after we arrived to make sure everything was great. Very impressed!

Mark and Tina are amazing hosts and we were so blessed to enjoy this condo for a week! Condo is absolutely beautiful - everything that is pictured is accurate. Condo was remarkably clean and has all of the essentials that one would need. There were two pools that go along with the rental - GREAT for kiddos! The view of the sunsets from our balcony were gorgeous. Location was also perfect. Within 5-10 minutes from a grocery store, multiple restaurants, mini-golf, entertainment for kids, Wal-Mart - you name it! I also really appreciated the open lines of communication. We were coming down after a baseball tournament so our arrival day/time was sort of up in the air. Whenever I emailed Mark he replied very promptly. Will definitely be booking again. Ease of access from car to front door, Amazing! I'm disabled so this matters a lot. Then you walk into the unit, and WOW! First thing that greets you is a wonderful smell, then the cleanliness, AMAZING! I can't say enough about how clean it is, from top to bottom. Then there's the view, you got it, AMAZING! The sunsets were so beautiful, but it didn't matter what time of day it was, the view was AMAZING! Thank you Mark and Tina, and all of those that work hard to make this condo so wonderful. Definitely the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in.

This walk in level property was perfect for a weekend get away with my elderly mother and aunt. We enjoyed the view while remaining cozy against the winter chill with the beautiful fireplace! Great location, close to shops and food. We ate, played board games and had some laughs! Beds are comfy and the condo is beautiful. I highly recommend.

Working with Mark was very easy - he responded quickly to any questions that we had. The condo was exactly as pictured on the website, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful sunset views off the deck in the evenings. Pools were already closed for the season but they looked very nice and inviting. I would highly recommend renting this unit. Mark and Tina also have a 3 bedroom unit that they rent out 2 doors down from this one which I'm sure is just as lovely.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The only complaint I have is that the King pillow top mattress had two “body craters” on each side of the bed. I had to sleep on the hump in the middle while my husband slept on the guest bed. I think it’s time to replace the king mattress.

An upscale condo perfectly located for easy access to all the shopping and recreational activities. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and elegantly furnished. The view of the lake from the balcony was amazing and provided a great place to relax. Parking was directly in front of the condo which provided easy front door access. Highly recommend this highly functional and beautiful condo.

We come in for bike fest every year and founds this listed on here and loved the pictures so booked it. Best decision ever. The condo was clean and the views amazing. Spent the 4th of July at the lake and had a great time. Kids loved fishing and playing in the pool. Would love to come back in the future!
