Situated in Kingsbury, this charming condo for $495 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 4BR, 3BA secluded luxury with unobstructed Lake view. This is an EXQUISITE luxury condominium located just above the Boulder Lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly - ideally located for winter and summer activities. If you enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, mountain biking in the summer - this is your place for location and spectacular views. This beautiful custom home, completely remodeled in 2010, is located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift. For the more advanced skiers, you can ski down to the Boulder Lodge/Lift (when sufficient snow exists as it is ungroomed tree terrain). The free Heavenly shuttle bus also picks up/drops off right at our parking lot for convenient access to the slopes. This 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000+ s.f. unit is the most unique and luxurious one on Heavenly's Nevada side. It’s a very secluded and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Sit on the deck and drink in the spectacular views of not only Lake Tahoe but Mt. Tallac and Heavenly Valley!! Once you are in the home you'll enter the beautiful kitchen/dining room area complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern dimpled copper sink, granite countertops and Flat Screen TV. You can also find seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 at the kitchen bar area. There is also a gear dryer in the winter for your boots and gloves to make them dry and warm for your next ski day. Down the hallway you'll find the first of 3 bathrooms with HEATED FLOORING! No more cold tile floors on those chilly winter mornings. Bathrooms throughout the home all come equipped with state of the art plumbing, granite countertops and luxurious towels. Go further down the hall and you'll come to the first bedroom. It has a comfy queen bed and a 46" Flat Screen TV. This bedroom looks out onto the forest on the backside of the home. Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 65" Smart TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions. There is also a game table with seating for 4. Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite countertops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor. Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, 46" flat screen TV and walk in closet. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite countertops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe. The house has reliable wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. Step outside onto the top deck and into the professionally-maintained hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and an unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe. Nothing beats coming off the slopes after a great day of skiing, taking a plunge in the hot tub, relaxing while you overlook the lake and absorb the tranquility of world known as Lake Tahoe. A Weber gas grill is conveniently located on the first floor deck with propane provided. There are several stairs leading down to the unit as well as stairs inside the home, so for those who have difficulty with stairs this is might not be appropriate unit. Bed/Bedroom breakdown: Bedroom #1 - Queen Bedroom #2 - Queen Bedroom #3 - 2 bunk beds - extra long twins Bedroom #4 - Master -King loft with private bath/tub It's important to note that this is a non-smoking and no pet property - its for the benefit and enjoyment of all. Additional charges will apply for disregard of this policy. Parking in the lot at the beginning of cul-de-sac (Northbowl Lane). 3 cars permitted. You are welcome to load/unload by parking in the cul-de-sac but no extended parking in front of the building per county code. Permit number - DSTR1291P Maximum occupancy 8 people. Gatherings and events that exceed maximum occupancy are prohibited. Maximum parking 3 cars. Parking only in designated areas. Quiet Hours - 9pm-8am and strictly enforced.

The house was incredible and had gorgeous views! Short shuttle to Stagecoach, which is a lodge/mountain on the Nevada side. If you want to ski the California side there are a few shuttle changes and that takes approximately one hour for planning purposes. Wonderful stay and highly recommend.

This was our first time staying in Lake Tahoe, and this property did not disappoint! The views were spectacular, it was super clean and very well stocked with essentials. The hot tub was such a great way to relax after a longg day on the slopes. I cooked a lot, and the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans. Just wonderful through and through.

The views could not be beat! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We liked having Living and dining spaces on two floors to spread out a little. Dining table big enough to comfortably seat us all. Condo association did a good job cleaning the epic record breaking snowfalls.lots of games. Comfortable beds.updated bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean. Robert was very accommodating with an early check in and answering all my questions! 5 stars!

Every sunrise and sunset were spectacular from each floor of the house. A beautiful place with all the amenities and felt like a home away from home. The property manager was very responsive with any questions or problems. There are stairs outside and inside so that needs to be considered. This is a great place to take in the beauty of Lake Tahoe!

The property was as advertised. The view from the hot tub is beautiful.
The house was well appointed with all the basics provided, a kitchen well stocked for cooking at home and a nice grill.
The one small negative was the WiFi speed was below 10 mbps, so it was a little difficult to stay connected.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and very well equipped. The views were stunning. There were 9 of us and we skied, used the hot tub, prepared meals and were very comfortable. I had a few questions upon arrival and the owner got back to me very quickly with answers. The unit is not ski in/ski out but the shuttle is very convenient and runs frequently. There are many steps down to the unit which is not bad at all, just something to be aware of. We had the greatest time!!!

A great gateway with super view of the lake
We spent wonderful four nights in the house. The house plan is ideal with divided zones for different activities. It’s very clean and all utensils are of quite high quality and maintained in great shape. The lake view blows us away. We will sure be back again.

Holy views!
This three-story was the perfect option for our weekend-long stay. We embraced the insane views, the hot tub on the second floor, and took full advantage of the kitchen that had all the amenities. Would be perfect for families or even a big reunion, so you could rent out both sides of the duplex. Thanks, Michael for fulfilling all of our needs!

The property is well situated to Heavenly Valley and just a short car ride down to the Stagecoach parking lot and chairlift. The property also has terrific views of Lake Tahoe.

Incredible and priceless views!
We loved our family vacation stay at this gorgeous home! It was equipped with just about everything you needed to accommodate our family and did I mention the view? The property manager, Michael, was also so kind and helpful. One note I would make is that ski in/sky out is dependent on snowfall. We did finally figure out that we could walk down to the parking lot and ski a little path there down to the Boulder lift.

Amazing location and beautiful condo
Our group had a fantastic weekend at the Ski-out condo. We were absolutely thrilled with the location. As soon as the Heavenly lifts opened, we could walk down the street to the stagecoach lodge, pick up our epic passes, rentals and literally hit the slopes. The view from the condo was also wonderful, and we were lucky with warm weather so we could enjoy the porch. The inside of the condo is very clean, modern and comfortable. We would definitely recommend the property and look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

It's a basic, but cool ski house. It's a Fabulous location with amazing Lake Tahoe views and walk to the Nevada lifts. It does not get any better. The beds are super comfortable. The place is cozy.

Truly Heavenly Experience!
We just finished our 6 day, 5 night stay at this amazing property, and the description is accurate - it is indeed Heavenly! Start with the location and view. The condo (although it feels like a house) is located at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac with the most amazing, unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe imaginable! We spent every evening soaking in the hot tub and enjoying adult beverages in awe of the view, while the kids built snowmen on the upstairs deck! The amenities were impeccable. The home is well appointed with an amazingly stocked kitchen so we were able to easily prepare every single meal in the home! Two waffle makers and a griddle allowed us to make great pancakes and waffles. Lots of pots, pans and BIG mixing bowls so we had huge salads, homemade cookies everyday, along with a hot soup we cooked all day in the oversized crock pot.
The welcome basket featuring not only coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, but popcorn and instant oatmeal were a lifesaver as due to delayed flights we arrived at 2 a.m. and literally had nothing to prepare for breakfast. We were able to feed ourselves and the kids oatmeal, I had my required cup of coffee, all before we headed to the store to stock up for the week. Now THAT was a welcome basket!
The place was amazingly clean, and well decorated with an eye toward style and comfort. We watched a few of the DVDs that are provided, and enjoyed many of the board games and puzzles. I loved having access to full-sized washer/dryer so we came home with suitcases of clean versus stinky clothes. I also appreciated the efforts of the homeowners to have non-toxic cleaning, laundry, and dish soap. Unlike most VRBO properties we have rented, this one provided nice quality bath soap, shampoo and conditioner in each of the 3 bathroom.
With Boulder ski lodge literally out your front door (and down the hill), and Stagecoach less than 1 minute away, it is a skiers paradise. The kids were at ski school at Boulder, which made for simple drop off and pick up.
There is not a single thing that I would change about this property. We will return again and again and see no reason to go anywhere else in the Tahoe area! If you are even considering renting this property, stop thinking about it, and just do it. You won't be disappointed!

Family of 9 ski trip
This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed at. It was more than accommodating for our 6 adults and 3 children. The views from the deck sitting in the hot tub and from the kitchen window were breathtaking. Be sure and check the cabinets and refrigerator before going to the grocery store because there were spices and so much more that we would not have had to buy. Shampoos, laundry soap and even blow dryers in every bathroom were provided. There are also 3 sledding saucers there which was so nice for our grand kids for a free sledding hill 20 minutes away. A couple of cons: The walk to the parking lot is about a 5 minute walk and then the tram is even farther. To ski out of this place, you would need to be a super expert skier. Non of our party could do it. So to get to where you can ski out past the parking lot is about 250 yards from the condo and that is with good snow. I can only imagine this place in the spring, summer and fall for non skiers, what a great place to stay. I would highly recommend a stay at this fantastic home away from home.

-breath taking views of south Lake Tahoe
-nice outdoor jacuzzi
-place was clean on our arrival
-kitchen area was huge
-living space comfortably fit our party size of 7 people
-condo representative responded and addressed our concerns quickly
-snow snow snow!!!
Con:
-We were allowed to park near the condo to load/unload or belongings, but afterwards we had to park at a community parking lot which was 3-5 min walk away from the place we were staying at.
All around I would highly recommend rental his place for your winter travels to Sourh Lake Tahoe.

Truly Amazing - THIS is why they call it Heavenly!
We spent 7 weeks at this property and let me be the first to tell you, it was the best 7 weeks of our married life! The home itself is wonderfully appointed. As two people who love to cook, you can't find better equipped kitchens! We have various guests come through and each of them were awed by the view, amazed by the accommodations and left with the information they needed to reserve the property for themselves next year! The summer is a FANTASTIC time of year to visit South Lake Tahoe. There is hiking, boating, hanging out on the beach, concert, white water rafting...more than you can ever imagine. Bring the whole family, and a few friends! We loved our stay and hope to return next summer to repeat the process!

Family Senior Trip
Great amenities. It was my son s senior year he wanted to ski the mountains. So grandma, grandpa, my husband and I took 2 teenagers to the mountains. Plenty for us to do while they skied. They skied Heavenly and also Kirkwood(within an hr away)......so lots of fun for them. Some nice extras, bathrooms had blow dryers, and great kitchen accessories too. Very memorable family vacation.

This place was AWESOME !!!!! Breathtaking views... Close enough to downtown to still enjoy the nightlife... but remote enough to enjoy quiet evenings out on the large beautiful balcony with hot tub !!! Very close to two different lifts... Great ski shop and Brewhouse right down the street !!!! The accommodations were incredible with multiple bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large flat screens and a cool loft bedroom on the 3rd floor... We will definitely be going back... Best Ski Trip ever !!!!! and we had 14 " fresh powder while we were there... Awesome !!!! Awesome !!!! This is a must see !!!!

Breath taking
My wifie and i enjoyed staying in this house with two other couples and we all had a blast! The view from the porch overlooking the lake is breath taking! We were very comfortable and found it convenient to main street shops and restaraunts. It is very easy to get to the slopes, the lake, or hiking trails. I would definitely stay here again. My only "complaint" was I had to leave and go back to work!

Beautiful Condo, The pictures only begin to capture it's elegant charm!
It's unanimous, the entire family agrees that this was the best vacation ever! Beautifully decorated, extremely well appointed with attention to the finest detail in every room, this place simply has it all. We were looking forward to our stay based on the pictures we had seen, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised at every turn. No need to fight over bedrooms, everyone was happy with their comfortable accommodations. High thread count sheets, fluffy white towels, a kitchen stocked with your every need, nice shampoo & conditioner in every bathroom (one less thing to pack, leave your blow dryer at home too!), full size laundry room, beautifully decorated living area with all the comforts of home down to a stereo docking station for your iphone and great board games. And those are just a few high-lights of the inside, the views are spectacular ... especially from the hot tub on the deck. Looking down the mountain side over the lake, you'll understand why it is named "Heavenly". We enjoyed so many fun summer activities: Guided ATV tours, zip-lining, river rafting, boating and tubing at the lake, riding wave runners and taking the gondola to the top of the mountain for lunch and beautiful views of the lake from Heavenly Village. Check out Camp Richardson for more fun activities, but shoot for a week day as the weekends are pretty crowded. This location really offers the best of it all. The seclusion of a mountain hide-a-way with every creature comfort coupled with all your entertainment and shopping needs just a short trip down the mountain. Even closer, within walking distance there is a restaurant and store. We enjoyed hiking and bike riding around the property as well. We couldn't help but notice how close the ski-lifts were; I can only imagine how much fun it would be to spend the day skiing amidst the white capped beauty of Lake Tahoe and returning home to that nice whirlpool bath and heated floors. This place has something to offer for every season. We can't recommend it highly enough. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. It really is Heavenly!
