About this house rental
Located in Edwards, this lovely house for $515 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Bring your dogs! This private home in Edwards is 10 min on Rt 6 from the Beaver Creek lots and about 15-20 minutes from the Vail lots. It sits on a 1/2 acre private lot and boasts expansive views up and down valley. The 2021 remodel made this home even better for families. There are three bedrooms plus a trundle twin in one of the rooms. Free Wifi on site, smart televisions in all rooms, extensive cable package, premium furnishings and linens, open floor plan, a well equipped kitchen, two outdoor patios, a grill, a garage and a complete laundry room as well. You will find well stocked necessities such as shampoo and conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, food wraps, laundry and dish detergents and cooking oils and spices. There are toys and a play kitchen on premise as well as a pack and play. Dogs love it for the big yard and hiking trails out the back door. We have trash pick-up and property management services as well as an excellent cleaning crew that makes sure that our dog friendly home doesn’t smell like dogs. They do all the cleaning including linen laundering prior to your arrival and after your departure. We want you to enjoy your vacation, not stress about preparing our house for the next renters. We furnish this house so we can enjoy it as well. We have personally stayed in a few janky rentals and have promised to never do that to our renters. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional accommodation experience. Our neighbors are lovely and there are many friendly dogs up and down the street. Please consider our house if you are looking for an updated, clean, clutter-free and perfectly located rental to enjoy with your family, friends and dogs.

We’ve stayed in the Edwards area several times before, but this location was perfect with a trail system directly behind the house. The house has everything you need and they even had toys out for my son. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

We had a great week long stay. The house is perfectly appointed and in a beautiful location. we loved making meals in the beautiful updates kitchen, playing card game hanging out in the living room. All of the bedrooms are extremely comfortable, each with their own TV. The entire property is very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are well appointed with towels, shampoo, and soap. The was a fantastic place to stay for our ski vacation!

This was such a great spot - the perfect spot for relaxing, but also close enough to both BC & Vail for some mountain time! We kept saying how great we slept because the beds are INCREDIBLE. There’s so much attention to detail in this space, idk that I’ve ever stayed in an VRBO this well stocked & maintained!
We’ll be back same place & time next year and we can’t wait!

Great property, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. We felt like we were at home. Our dogs also had a great time walking in the open space and making friends with other neighborhood dogs. We would definitely stay again.

The place is beautiful very cozy with amazing mountains views. The location is perfect because it surrounded with supermarkets, gas stations and it close by vail and fisco. The only bad thing is that the entire house is full of dog hairs. I had to vacuum the entire house the first day.

Second time staying at this wonderful property! I stayed one year ago, and the property is still in fantastic shape! Melinda is always responsive and wonderful. This place is modern and has all the amenities - a hot tub for winter use would make this property a 6 out of 5…just sayin :-) Thank you for offering this great property at a fair price! This was a rare find and truly a winter wonderland. Entire stay was perfect from beginning to end. Pictures do not do it justice. And most importantly, and always my main concern, it was clean. Great location, close to restaurants and Vail.

My family wanted a quick trip to the mountains over the Thanksgiving break and the house was perfect. We loved waking up in the morning and having our coffee while looking out the great window at the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay! Renovated, modern, clean home with lots of style. The stairs to the two 2nd floor bedrooms are a little bit steep. It would be nice if there was a welcome packet with a local’s tips on best hiking trails, restaurants, fun things to do, etc. Overall, we had a great time here and would highly recommend.

The pictures are a true representation of this is a beautiful home! Furnishings are exquisite and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hiking trails are just steps away from the front door. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are just minutes away. Would definitely return!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredible house in Edwards, just 15 minute drive to Vail! From the super easy check in, to the gorgeously furnished rooms, we had everything we could ask for in a home. The kitchen was completely stocked with cooking staples and the grill just outside the sliding glass door, made it super convenient. We loved the picture window for reading and napping (our pup), and the hiking trails just outside the backyard. We will definitely come back again!

The decor is amazing! The light fixtures, furniture, appliances are top of the line. The window treatments, bedding, and towels luxurious! We were two dads and two teenage sons for a father-son golf tournament. The house was perfect! We even had time for a hike - right outside the back door! True jem!!!

Amazing house, great location
The house was gorgeous and very spacious, perfect for the 7 of us and our pups. The location is a 7-minute drive to the closest parking for Beaver Creek but to the main village is about 16 minutes. The best part of the house was the guest bathroom! You have to see it to know what I'm talking about. We will definitely be booking this place again when we visit BC next season.

Outstanding Experience!
This was my first Vrbo experience and most likely has set too high of an expectation for future rentals. This place is built really well with high end fixtures and trims. Love the landscape it is built on and the natural field in the back for the dog to run around in the snow. Thank you for allowing people to have a taste of the hospitality here!

The Perfect Colorado Mountain Escape
My wife, parents, and I spent four days at Melinda and Brian’s home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is stylish, clean, and super comfortable with expansive views of a beautiful open space directly behind the home. The location is only a few minutes’ drive to Beaver Creek and Vail, but just outside of the crowds and congestion. Everyone was happy and still wants to return ASAP!
