Great location. go 30 min each way and you have the whole coast covered. walking distance to ocean. Beach living vibe and atmosphere. cant wait for next year.

We had a nice time staying here. The location is awesome. It’s nice to watch the boats go by. It’s a comfortable stroll to the beach. Sunsets are awesome at the Jetty’s. Large home with plenty of room.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house was really more than my husband and I needed, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view out back over the canal was so pretty. We saw boaters, dolphins, kayakers — it was fascinating! Many appliances were brand-new and all of them work fine. The king size bed was comfortable. The host, Geoff, was patient with us senior citizens, explaining the TV streaming, etc. so that my husband did not miss his favorite college football games. We would stay again.

You can't get much closer to popular Nokomis Beach than this house, and it's about a mile from the equally popular Legacy Trail. It's on a salt-water canal and has a couple of kayaks and a canoe, plus three or four bikes. It's a nice house, and the owner is very quick to communicate, so it's one of the best short-term rentals you can find in that area.

Hi, We stayed 30 days in this house and we loved it. A couple of friends joined us for one week and they felt good too. The house is very conveniently located 5 minutes walking to the beach. The closest grocery store is at 5 minutes driving. In the neighborhood are multiple restaurants and we would like to suggest Rosebud's Restaurant with delicious food for every taste. We plan to turn back also next year. Thank you Geoff

Spacious, comfortable home in a perfect location. Many extra amenities such as kayaking, biking, and fishing from the dock. Nokomis Beach is within easy walking distance. Owner was incredibly helpful and responsive.

We just spent two months here and we were so sad to leave. I hate to leave a glowing review because I’d like to keep this place my secret! Such a perfect location! 10 minute walk to beautiful Nokomis Beach. Steps away from fantastic local bars and restaurants. Publix was just around the corner. You could literally park the car and leave it! The bikes were wonderful and easy to use. Fishing was excellent right off the dock in the back yard. The house was very well equipped. Geoff was an excellent host. So quick to respond and very accommodating! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.
