Located in Hot Springs, this lovely house for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. It’s 2023!! Time to start booking your getaways!! Come stay at our lake house! You will have your own house and dock right on the water to enjoy sun bathing, swimming, fishing , boat watching, bird, duck and turtle watching We are only about 8 Miles from the quaint downtown. Enjoy one of the many Hot Springs restaurants, art galleries, shops, and then come home to the lake house to build a fire in the fire pit and kick back and watch the ducks, birds and wildlife. We often see an eagle soaring over the lake. Our wonderful lakefront home is situated at the end of a point, so it has a beautiful view from every window from sunrise to sunset. Our two bedroom, two bath home would be enjoyed for a couples get away or a small family looking for some lake house fun. It's also a great house for a small group of friends getting away for a fun filled vacation! Our lake home is right on the water, on a flat lot, so no stairs to climb to get to the lake. We have a large deck overlooking the water where you can enjoy outdoor grilling, dining or relax watching the sun rise and set over the lake. The swim dock is just feet away from the deck where you can sit and enjoy watching the kids swim and play or bring your fishing gear to go fishing off the dock! We have a very nice SERTA HYBRID king size mattress in the master bedroom, bamboo hardwood floors, carpet in the bedrooms and new light and airy paint colors throughout. We have made it as comfortable and relaxing as possible, with everything you need to make you feel like your at your own vacation home. The house has a beautiful view of the Ouachita River and surrounding woods. The grounds were nice and offered a great deck, porch, and yard for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The house is clean and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. The only problem is in the master bathroom where there is significant water damage around the tub and toilet.

We came to Hot Springs for our fall break vacation. The house was very clean, quiet, and super comfortable. The views were spectacular, and we loved watching the geese, ducks, and other wildlife on the lake. It was just a short drive to Bathhouse Row and the National Park. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose to stay at this property again!!!

The property is gorgeous. It’s sits right on the water with a nice deck and wrought iron furniture and double swing. We spent most of our time there fishing, reading and enjoying the wildlife and people boating. We had a fire in the fire pit next to the deck in the evenings. The house is very comfy and cozy. Great mattresses! The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms. We would love to come back in the spring.

We were so pleased with house,setting,accommodations were great. House very clean, quiet,gas grill went empty but a full one was in garage! Overall 5 star rating. Just wish we could have this location closer to Central. Soo so enjoyed our weekend. Will definently do again.Judy

This house is as advertised. Cute, homey and right on the water. Super close to Hot Springs but far enough to enjoy the sounds of nature. We would rent again!

We wanted to go somewhere with water, but was quiet to celebrate our 15th anniversary. The location was perfect. We were able to go into Hot Springs for dinners, enjoy the lake during the day right outside the back door. Even though the lake was fairly busy, as we were there for a weekend, the location felt fairly private. We really enjoyed our stay. We are already talking about coming back next year and bringing our 3 yr old daughter.

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s beautiful! We were in town for softball nationals. About a 15 minute drive to the ballpark. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the lake after a hot day at the ballpark. The house has everything you need to cook or grill. Definitely would stay here again.

This home & property are beautiful. The dock was great to swim from, fish from, and to feed the ducks. We had an amazing family vacation here as this property is within 30 mins of everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend!

My mother and I stayed over Memorial weekend and could not have been more pleased with this location. Every room has a lake view, and the lake is literally steps from the back door. We frequently sat outside and enjoyed watching the lake festivities, but we also found that the noise was not at all intrusive when indoors, thanks to a nicely built home. Beds were very comfortable and night time was peaceful. It was truly the best of both worlds, and the views were better than advertised!

We had a great time! Very peaceful and the views were amazing, we had turtles, ducks and geese come by the dock, the geese love bread! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were able to put our motorcycle in the garage. The beds were very comfy. I would like to come back in the fall when the trees are turning and the air is crisp. Hot Springs is 10-15 minutes away. One of the best VRBO stays that we have had. My 92 year old dad loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and when we got back from riding he would be at the dock. Thank you for sharing your lake house!

Beautiful place right on Lake Hamilton to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed sitting in the swing on the dock and drinking our coffee while watching the ducks and geese swim by. Very nice accommodations with everything you need and a new grill!

This is an amazing rental property. The location was awesome. The view out the back was one we just sat and looked at. The only thing was the rain and the cooler temps could have waited til after we left. We've already decided we are going back when it gets warmer.

Excellent property with excellent view of the lake. Home was very clean and pleasant to relax in. Yes, as stated in other reviews, the closet neighbors property is a mess. Do not let that stop you from staying here. I will definitely stay again on future trips!!

We HIGHLY recommend this property! It is just a little ways from town, so you don’t have that city feel. Right on the lake which is super appealing. We sat outside and fished almost every day. We had a fire, outside, in the fire pit one night. We used the grill one night for dinner, too. The ranch lay out is perfect for all ages. Walk in shower & a jacuzzi tub. Plenty of seating in living room, recliner chairs on deck, swing on dock, attached garage, front door keypad, slider & view of lake off one of the bedrooms, are just some of the perks. We have 5 people which accommodated us perfectly. Having a washer & dryer was another perk. The check in/check-out was easy peasy. We would recommend this VRBO to others and stay in it again.

We really enjoyed the house and being right there by the water. Beautiful views except for the house next door with all of the trash in the yard and junk piled up on the porch. It was a little further from Oaklawn from what we thought but overall we had a great time and a relaxing weekend.

We absolutely love this place. The location is right on the lake. The home is clean, inviting and has picture windows all along the back of the home with gorgeous views of the lake. This was our second time to stay at this home. We are already looking at next year's dates to schedule a stay here again!

Feels like you're all alone even though there are other houses all around. Very calming and relaxing. We really enjoyed it. We would choose to stay there again.
