Overall great stay at Jack’s place. Communication with Jack was easy and had no difficulties getting into the place. Everything was accurate to the pictures listed. The area felt safe and quiet and was positioned in a great location to travel around New Orleans. I would recommend staying here!

This was our first trip to NOLA and we had no idea the relative location of anything. It turned out staying here was the best decision we could have made. Not only was the apartment historic modern, it is close to the streetcar and nearby restaurants. Jack is the best host you could ask for and we were well taken care of. We hope to return to NOLA and would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was super clean, only issue being tv inop. Location was great for everything we were doing. Would stay here again

We had a nice stay in this rental. We were very comfortable and the location is great. The only problem was with the TV not working. Jack was out of town but still did his best to remedy the situation.

Jack is a fantastic host. He is super helpful. The property is super close to magazine st and loads of places to eat and shop, yet tucked away in quiet area. It’s in walking distance to the street car to go in town. Sleeping, lounging and bathroom facilities was just right for me. Love the wood floors and high ceilings. I’d definitely stay again!

Spacious, clean, up-to-date property. Great location. Nice host. Wonderful New Orleans charm with fireplace in bedroom and neat wall adornments. On-street parking, as listed, causes a little juggling but this is typical for New Orleans.

Everything we wanted it to be. Jack is a great guy and very helpful and friendly. The space was perfect for my wife and I. We felt like we were family in the neighborhood. A lot of places close by and not far from everything in NOLA.

Loved the garden district neighborhood vibe, including fling burrito restaurant. Easy trolley or bus ride into the more touristy areas. Apartment fully equipped to relax and cook - including sharp knives 👀. Friendly host too- there if you need anything. Bye New Orleans… we’ll be back

Charming
This place is conveniently located to so much of the area. The photos do not convey the amount of charm that this apartment has. There is more space than you think, and Jack is very attentive to what you may need and helping you get what you do need. You are located within walking distance of many places and not too far of a drive from anywhere else. My friends and I really enjoyed this place and definitely recommend the stay.

Overall it was a nice place. The upstairs neighbor’s walking above us was very loud and woke us up. There was no toilet paper and there was smelly garbage left. The owner did address both issues for us however.
