Nestled in La Verkin, this attractive house for $123 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. A two bedroom, two bath home with full kitchen makes this an ideal place to set up headquarters for your tour of the National Parks located here in Utah. This modest 1,000 sq. ft. home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6. Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances. The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you! We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels. Guests have access to the entire house, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our property. Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by. La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away. You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking. Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival. CHECK-IN is AFTER 4 p.m. Mountain Time AND CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time NO early check-in or late check-out. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED 25 FT FROM BUILDINGS. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT UNDER ANY CONDITION. BRINGING A PET TO ANY UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES

Perfect location. Really comfy beds but need better sheets, they slipped off the corners during the night. The living room and dining furniture are very worn. Dirty dishes in the cabinets,and kitchen floor needed mopped. The bathroom really needs a deep clean and the fan vents were covered with dust.If we were to stay here again, I would pack some cleaning supplies.

Adequately sized rental unit that was clean and served its purpose as a place for us to relax after our day of fun and then sleep. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, washer/dryer was convenient to have. The location was perfect for our planned activities in the area. We attended RedBull Rampage and did some mountain biking at the J.E.M. Trails. Good thing there was only 3 of us because if you maxed out at the 6 person capacity of the unit, I can see it getting cramped. There is a nearby restaurant you can walk to. Grocery store and gas stations super close driving distance. My main reason for booking this place is that it had a level 2 EV charger on property/nearby. No garage. There were some minor issues that I left them a message about - no battery in the igniter switch for the outdoor BBQ. Ice maker not working and 2 out of the 4 ice cube trays were broken. I wouldn’t dock their rating because of it but hopefully they will have these minor issues fixed for future guests. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for exploring ZionNational park! only 25 minutes from the south and north entrances. Very nice to have 2 big bedrooms with king size beds in each plus 2 bathrooms. Perfect for couples traveling together. The place was clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

Our family had a lovely stay at this super clean,nicely furnished, well equipped spacious rental.in a quiet safe neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms well supplied. Location is close to restaurants and a very good supermarket, House has a patio with a gas grill which came in handy when preparing dinner. I would,therefore, not hesitate to recommend!!!!

From the moment we walked into the property, we knew we would be happy staying there. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of hot water for showers and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. There's a grill and outdoor patio as well. It was nice to sit in the sun and enjoy a cup of coffee. The neighborhood was ok, and we felt safe. The location to Zion couldn't be more perfect. It's only a 15 minute or so drive away. If you're horseback riders, check out Jacobs Ranch. It's also a few minutes down the road. It was a great horseback riding experience if you're not a novice or faint of heart. We also ate at a restaurant right around the corner called Stage Coach Grille. Homemade food and delicious! All in all, a wonderful stay! If we ever hit Zion again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Very conveniently located home in proximity to Zion. Local hiking access also hardly 5 minutes away and close to local coffee shops and restaurant. Clean home in a quiet spot FAR from I-15. Hope to visit again with mountain bikes!

The property was at great price point and in an overall good location for visiting Zion National park. The property was clean and the check out instructions we very limited and nice not requiring a lot of items needing to be completed by the guest other then the general curtsey items of taking out your trash and washing the dishes. While we did not spend a lot of time at the property because we were visiting the National Parks but it was fairly easy to find in the dark. It was great that each of the two bedrooms had individual bathrooms, made it perfect for two couples traveling together.

Stayed here for our trip to Zion National Park. Loved the cottage. Very clean, modern with ample room. Space could accommodate 6 people comfortably. My wife made waffles with the waffle mix and waffle maker which was provided. Several restaurants nearby. We stayed at multiple places on our national park tour and this was our favorite.

The house was just so clean and comfortable loved it and they have everything you could every imagine to use there !!! Cons: on a busy street with a lot going f loud cars at night as I am light sleeper that was tough . It is a drive to zion as we like to get up and get there at 6 am. But over all of t was very nice and if we brought another family it would be perfect ! Thanks

This was the perfect place to come home to at the end of our days of sightseeing and hiking. Clean, thoughtfully furnished, bright and spacious. The only thing that could have made it better for us would have been to be closer to Zion National Park, which was our daily destination.

We loved it! It was so much better than staying at a hotel. It felt more like a home. My husband and I plus our adult daughter spent two nights there while we went to Zion National Park. Since we got the code to open the door ourselves, we didn’t really have much contact with your team. I did text Tiffany when we left the cottage in the morning and she responded right away.

We stayed for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. the facility was easy to find, clean, well kept and had all the amenities you would find in a home. I can't say enough good things about our experience. I didn't receive an email, and was so pleasantly surprised when the owner not only re-sent the email, but called me to make sure I received it. That is going far beyond what I have experienced with other property owners.
