Beautiful beach duplex with a Southern Charm. This place is perfect for a couple or two couples just wanting to relax. We are located across the street 3/4 minute walk to the beach. It will sleep four people comfortably ,and comes with all the amenities of home. If you have a large family and need more room there is also a sister unit next door that can be rented. It is kid friendly and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach without breaking your wallet. This is a beautiful neighbor hood to take a sunset stroll, bike ride or sit at the beach and enjoy the sunset. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. Panama City Beach has lots of great places to eat, shop, and just hang out. The locals are always friendly and look forward to seeing new faces. Don't miss out on this sweet little place to make memories with friends and family. The fall weather is great and one of the best times to enjoy the beach. It is quiet with no one to bother you. It's as though you own your own little paradise. Once you get here, you will never want to leave. This cottage has back yard and patio to relax on. If you enjoy reading or just surfing the internet, what better place to do it then sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunset.

as soon as we walked in, it felt like home!! It’s so quaint and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful!! The owners are wonderful!! Definitely will stay again!!!

Nice, comfortable place to stay. The only thing I would have changed was the temperature. The living area would not get cooler than 74 degrees.

This place was great & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was about 2 blocks away, easy walk. Check in/out was smooth. Will probably stay again in the near future. Thanks 😊

We enjoyed the unit. It was close to the beach. 1.5 blocks , the unit was clean and updated with a beachy vibe. Close to restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week and rode all around PCB ❤️ we will be back !

We love this place! Easy walk to the beach and it’s a very nice neighborhood. It’s also a close drive to many restaurants. We will continue to stay here as long as it’s available!

If you want glitz and glamor and got to be in the center of it all then this is not the place for you. If you want comfort and clean and peace and quiet but still close to everything this is your spot. The pictures don’t do it justice. The owners are easy to communicate with and were right there when the microwave blew a fuse with a brand new one… Everything you could want to cook with comfortable bed perfect covered patio on back… cable in living room and Netflix and other options in bedroom, short walk to the beach and a comfortable lounger on patio where I enjoyed a good book.. This place reminded me so much of the places my family would rent for vacation when I was a kid.. Thank you Southern Charm for all your comfort and charm .. we will definitely be back for more…

Perfect getaway
Everything was just as described in the listing. We loved the fact that we were literally 5 minutes from the beach. We walked there everyday. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the house most days and even grilled one night. Location to shopping and activities was great. This was a perfect getaway for our family of 4!

The house accommodated everything. It was perfect for what we needed. Our second year here and everything around is easily accessible from this location. Highly recommend these hosts. Thank you again for making it such a pleasant stay.

I would only recommend some outlets that have ports to charge electronics and perhaps a newer sleeper sofa............just being nitpicky though, its a perfect unit, just steps from the beach

Family vacation
Duplex was nice. Towels were skimpy. I would suggest taking your own. Overall it was nice. T.V. in living room did not have cable, just local channels.

I overall really enjoyed our stay. We had to drive about 10 minutes to get to the nearby dog beach instead of walking down to the nearby beach but that was manageable. The property was very clean and had a huge back yard full of sand that we loved. We somehow did not get charged a pet fee up front and had to pay one later but that is understandable and must have been something we missed when making our initial payment. The location is great and a quite neighborhood away from the noise but close enough that you can easily get to all the nearby attractions.

The location is quiet and just a short walk to the beach. The house was spotless upon arrival (as always). My stay was just what the add stated. Only a few minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood that the place is in, is very quiet and all the neighbors are very friendly. This is a golf cart friendly and pet friendly area. I will stay there again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Southern Charm. The place was clean and organized and the owners communication was super fast! We loved how close it was to the beach and how quiet the neighborhood was. The only thing I would change is the listing is different from the instructions left (which we didn’t find until the last evening as it was hidden under the remotes by the tv). Check out/check in time was different and the WiFi information was different. Not a big deal at all as this place perfection!! Thanks for a great stay!

This place is amazing! It’s so cute and the backyard is really amazing and it’s in a great neighborhood. It’s a few blocks from the beach(perfect walking distance).
