About 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. Accommodations: 2200 square foot ranch, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Lake front, four bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with large furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 car garage, large deck over looking the large back yard and scenic Tellico Lake and dock. The house is completely furnished and consists of one large master bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two full beds. Tellico Village, a private residential community, is located 20 minutes east of I-75 off the Lenoir City exit (81), 2 miles south of I-40. The property is ideal for family vacations, golf holidays, fishing, boating, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The village has many amenities, including three private golf courses (other courses nearby), yacht club, recreation center and within easy driving distance of Knoxville activities. The University of Tennessee is accessible by boat or car for all of their football and basketball games as well as other University activities. We brought our neighbors and another couple to experience where we lived for two years. Tellico Village is our favorite place to go boating. We also played a round of golf at Toqua. Great location and we’ll be back for another stay.

Very outdated. Showers ok, beds ok, view very nice, plenty of parking for truck and boat trailer. negatives: inside oven very dirty, outside grill very dirty. Literally falling apart, deck was dirty, all deck furniture was moldy, could not eat outside. Had to eat out every night. Agent was not responsive to calls in regards to anything. I do not recommend this property,

The view is beautiful but the house could use a major upgrade. Very old and dated. It was so cold we had to drip the faucets. So if you plan on staying in the winter, beware of this drip drip sound all night.

This home inside was very nice and clean. The outside deck off the house though could use a little cleaning up. We wanted to sit outside on the deck to enjoy the view. But was deterred by the smell that was coming off the deck. I think a nice power washing would help to clean up the green mold and would make it more enjoyable. Fortunately we weren’t staying that long for it to affect our time there. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Had 8 guys go down for a little golf trip inside the village. The house couldn’t have been situated better for us. House was awesome for the number and the dock just made it that much more special. Couldn’t have asked for anything better honestly.

The property was very accommodating, beautiful and also comfortable. Just wish it had not rained and we could have taken a boat trip on the beautiful lake. Rachel was very helpful to provide access to the keys and being available to return them also.

Very nice property in a great location. We were a golf group and there were plenty of great courses close by. The property is spacious with a good sized kitchen and dining room, and a huge great room. We had 6 in the house and there was plenty of room. Clean and well kept, with everything we needed.

This house was amazing! Great space for my family to stay in. 5 bedrooms makes this house a perfect house for a larger family. Wish we could have enjoyed using the dock, a little too cold when we stayed. We look forward to booking again the next time we are there.

Spent the weekend at the Lake with friends and family. Weather was perfect!!!! This property was great! Located close enough to all the amenities in town but out enough to be quiet. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well maintained. Very nice neighborhood. The whole experience from check in to check out was great. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have asked for much more in a house for our family to use for Christmas. The house had one more bedroom than expected and was furnished with everything with needed. A big flat screen tv over the fireplace was also a nice surprise. The only downside was some slight confusion between dealing with the homeowner on VRBO and then coordinating everything else through a rental agency (with a Trump sticker on the door…).

We visited the property with my 93 year-old mother-in-law. Everything was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. The only change we noted was a larger flat screen TV in the living area, which was a nice surprise. We had a small leak in the kitchen that was quickly addressed by property management. Everyone was very responsive to any question or request. Would definitely choose this location again!

Great view of the lake. Nice deck area, only bad thing no way to exit off the deck to walk to boat dock have to leave through the front and walk around. Nice size bed rooms. Great large kitchen area and living room area for everyone to gather and bedrooms tucked away from there with privacy. Nice property and good location close to the big city but far enough away for peace and quiet. Easy 35-40 minute drive to tailgate for football or enjoy downtown.

The owner was very kind to reach out to us after making our reservation to ensure we knew what to expect & how to make the most of our visit. The scenery & location can’t be beat. A very beautiful & peaceful location. The home is spacious & perfect for our long weekend needs. This home is an older home but very clean & comfortable. My only 2 suggestions are: 1. Provide better bed linens (the sheets didn’t fit the mattresses well; they keep coming off). 2. There were no bathroom soaps (bar soaps for showering).

We are from the Washington DC area and our daughter goes to Ole Miss and her best friend attends UT so we rented this home for the weekend and went to the game just an east 40-45 minute drive to the game. The house is very roomy and comfortable. It has a nice bug kitchen and eat in area. A beautiful deck the length if the house with stunning views of the river. We used the provided charcoal weber to grill up some steaks and enjoyed relaxing Friday night. Great experience for our group. If we're ever through this area again, we would definitely rent this house again.

Great place for a UT Football weekend. Beautiful view and quiet lakefront property. Just 4O mins from parking, talgating and the stadium. Easier in and out than staying in Gatlinburg (traffic) ... less congestion and commercial build-up.

Perfect for 3 days of golf and hanging out on the deck. The area is very nice. Only small silly thing is the restaurants close at 8PM. Which is catering to the residence. No issues

We absolutely loved the location and overall stay! The house could use some updating and easier access to the lake! Also we were promised access to the keys after hours in a drop box, but unfortunately the property manager forgot to put them in the box and so we had to wait about an hour for her to bring us the keys!! The owner of the property was beside himself and doing all he could to make things right!! Having said that, I would totally stay at the property again, but am disappointed with VRBO in general!!

Robert called me as soon as I booked with kind welcoming words, along with instructions on who to contact for all of our accommodation needs. He even offered to help us make tee times. Such a great host and a perfect location right on the water and super close to the course. We would rent this house again in a second!
