Situated in Torquay, this charming house for $236 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our comfortably large, single storey 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beach house is great for family groups or 3-4 couples and located in quiet, residential Wombah Park. We have recently renovated and refreshed the kitchen, bathroom, floors and walls so it’s sparkling fresh! Whites Beach and The Sands Golf Course is a 5 minute walk, while Torquay main beach and town centre is either a 5 minute drive or easy 15 minute walk. With a huge enclosed backyard, basketball ring, pool table, table tennis and covered BBQ area you’ll enjoy relaxing and catching the sea breeze. House sleeps 9: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed (double bed at bottom and single bed above) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Portacot for children up to 2 years old and high chair available. Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully self contained and includes dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and electric stovetop. The dining area seats 10 people, while the covered outdoor verandah can accommodate up to 12 people and has a gas BBQ and charcoal BBQ. The living room has a flat screen Google Cast TV with Blu Ray/DVD player with USB hub, Ipod dock, board games, selection of DVDs and comfy sofas. Linen, towels, doonas, blankets and pillows provided. A welcome starter pack with coffee pods, tea, loo paper plus more will be there for you on arrival. Nearby activities: - Surf, Surf Hire - Beach or bush walk via off road trail - Road and mountain bike riding (bike hire) - Cafes, Restaurants and Shops - Golf Course - Health Spa - Sky diving and Tiger moth plane rides - Horse riding - Farmers Market every Saturday morning (adjacent to Surfcoast Shire Office) - Cowrie Community Market 3rd Sunday of month Sept to April (The Esplanade, Foreshore) Please note: there is a strict no party and no schoolies policy. Pets allowed outdoors only. Noise/music curfew is 11pm Monday to Sunday. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Any breaches to the above rules and bond requirements may result in forfeit of bond money and eviction from the property.

Fantastic stay in this well appointed houes. First impressions of the property was, very clean, well presented and i knew straight away we were going to enjoy our stay. The house has heaps of room for 6 adults. I would gladly go back to this house for a longer stay.

So many activities for all ages. Very clean, lots of crockery/towels for our family of 6. Large undercover outdoor area wonderful for barbecue wven in the rain. We had ages 3-15 and there was plenty for all of them. Short drive to shops and beach. Thoughtful features throughout

House is amazing in a quiet residential area, and only a short walk to the beach and shopping. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Extra care to provided little things to make it feel like home. Lots of seating, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Torquay.

Torquay Shores was an excellent choice for our extended family group gathering. Very clean, spacious and welcoming. Having linen and towels provided by host was greatly appreciated. Fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor games areas for children. Outdoor shelter to keep our pooch happy. High chair and cot provided was a bonus.

Great property with a fantastic homely feel, all the comforts you would need for a long or short stay. Amenities were fantastic with plenty to keep the kids occupied. Beds were super comfortable and the layout was perfect for our group, our only criticism is the tri bunk room with the ceiling fan is a bit of a concern as it is very close to the bed if you forgot you could easily hit your head. All in all the property and the owner were wonderful to deal with and we had a great stay (albeit too short!) And the complimentary chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch

The house was absolutely superb for our group of cyclists! Great storage garage for bikes and the layout of the house enabled us to all be very comfortable and really enjoy ourselves. The house was very well equipped with all the basics and had a lovely warm comfy feel to it -even the towels were big and fluffy! Highly recommended :)

Everyone loved this property. It had everything we needed and then some. So roomy inside and out the photo's really don't do it justice. House was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Even the BBQ was clean-which we have found a rarity for us. The owner was quick to respond to any question we had and was so helpful and generous. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone heading down to Torquay.
