About this condo rental
Situated in Orem, this charming condo for $70 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Central location, quiet neighborhood and just plain fun! Located between BYU & UVU next to University Place Mall. Perfect for visiting your college students, sports camp/EFY, Education Week, skiing... This is the basement apartment of a home in a quiet, central forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley. Walk to University Place/Costco for shopping, restaurants, a park and movies. BYU and UVU events are just 5 to 10 minutes by car. (There is a private gate from the neighborhood to the mall). In the first bedroom is a queen bed & in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds with a full size mattress that pulls out to sleep five comfortably in the bedrooms. The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are also provided. We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available. You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard. Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe. The Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center is conveniently located within easy walking distance at the mall. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City. During ski season, the bus to Sundance also stops at the transit center.

My wife was a little nervous when I told her it was a basement apartment, but wow were we surprised! This place is immaculate! The inside is entirely renovated and beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and the Mickey Mouse diner themed kitchen was adorable. Price was very reasonable and we were very happy. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to Provo /Orem.

We loved this property! Perfect basement suite for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved not all being crammed into one room. We could not have asked for a better location. Everything was close! Communication with host was easy, check in was a breeze. We were grateful for off road parking. Quite neighbourhood, and cozy little suite. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies we need and the bathroom had toiletries for our short stay. We will definitely book this place again!!

It was a really cute basement apartment that had plenty of nice beds and an extra mattress for all 5 of us. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked and even had extra stuff you don't get at a resort condo! The neighborhood was convenient for getting to places both North and South in the valley. SO much better than a hotel and less expensive too (especially for 5 of us!).

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location for restaurants, shopping and BYU. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a nice little place to stay while attending an event at BYU. The location was convenient. I liked the extra little touches where they had framed original blueprints on the wall from when the house was built, along with some history of the home and people who have lived there. There were plenty of beds to sleep 5, plus 1 or 2 more on the couch / love seat. The only negatives for me were only having one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the other positives outweighed those. I will likely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Great appartment
The appartment was really nice and clean. It was close to Sprouts (a supermarket) and to the center which I went to for a week and a half. When we missed a kettle Kristin made sure we got one. She was very friendly and also speeks Dutch.

Great Experience
This lovely basement apartment fit our needs beautifully. Kristin provided everything. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, first aid kit, hair spray, room freshener, even soap for sensitive skin and lovely plush towels . The kitchen was equipped with every pot, pan, and utensils. There was an apron too. It was set up to accommodate children and adults. Disney theme plastic dishes and bowls as well as a high chair if needed. Pottery dishes and cups for adults .There was also a Mickey Mouse waffle/pancake maker, microwave, coffee maker and, electric griddle.
Full size laundry facilities and laundry soap dryer sheets. Ironing board and iron.
Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets, portable crib for baby.
For a basement it was light and warm. TV, WiFi, worked great and there was a Blue Ray DVD player.
We had a couple of times that something needed attention. Was able to contact Kristin and immediately had a solution.
I would use this again when traveling. It was filled with cheerful colors and was warm and inviting. Kristin didn’t miss a beat when it came to things that we needed .

Great place to stay
This is such a comfortable apartment! The neighborhood is so quiet; I couldn't believe how quiet it was, as it is so close to so many shops and restaurants. It did not feel like a basement because of so much natural light AND it was comfortably warm. The bed was SO comfy and the soft warm blankets were great. Perfect place to stay, no matter why you are in the Provo/Orem area!
