Situated in Jaco, this charming condo for $143 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Monte Carlo luxury condominiums are the best value and location in Jaco Beach. We are ideally located in the center of town within steps to beach, shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, salon, supermarket, tours, discos, Beatles Bar, etc. You do not need a car here, you can walk everywhere. If you prefer a ride, a taxi pickup at the front gate to anywhere in town is $2.00 The property is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Jaco Beach. You will be surrounded with the sounds of the many exotic birds that visit the grounds daily as well as the soothing sound of beautiful fountains. The grounds of the condominiums are beautifully landscaped and include a huge pool with swim up bar, jacuzzi, and rancho area with grill and tables and chairs for your outdoor cooking. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for cooking. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry room, patio, and is 1400 square feet. The condo is finished to a high standard with granite counters in the kitchens and bathrooms, tile floors, GE stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinetry, and recessed lighting throughout the apartment. In the Master bedroom there is a King size bed and master bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and guest bathroom with shower and tub. The living room and bedrooms have full size sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and lush landscaping. During the day the apartment is showered with natural sunlight, it feels like your living in the garden. Amenities here include free wireless internet, 24 hour manned security in gated complex, cable tv, air conditioning, in house washer and dryer, and concierge desk to arrange all tours and transportation. Only a 10 minutes drive away is the Marriot Los Suenos Hotel and Marina. Here you can find charter boats to hire for all day fishing trips. Costa Rica is famous for it's great fishing. There is also a great golf course right on the property. Also within a 10 minute ride is Villa Caletas, a beautiful hotel and restaurant perched in a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There is an outdoor amphitheater to view truly spectacular sunsets. An ideal romantic setting to have a cocktail with that special someone in your life, this place is world class beauty. Both of these locations are about a $10 cab ride away. Also directly across the street from the complex there is a great Dental clinic. The quality of the Dental care in Costa Rica is the same high standard as your home state. The only difference is that you will be paying about 1/3 of the price in the U.S. Right next door to the Dental clinic there is a Spanish language school just in case your interested in learning some Spanish while you are here. The condo staff, and the security guards were very helpful and very friendly. An easy walk to everything in town and the beach. The condo itself is very comfortable however, the only thing lacking was a well equipped kitchen. Things like steak, knives, baking pans, or baking sheets, and more than two bowls or coffee cups would’ve been nice. However overall the space was very comfortable clean and nice, and the staff was wonderful

We were unable to find the property via Waze or Garmin GPS with the listed address. When i attempted to contact the host via the listed phone number, i got a recording that said the number was no longer in service or disconnected and no longer in service. We got a room at a Marriot for the night.

Beautiful property. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Our particular unit obviously is not used by it's owner. Some attention needs to be paid to cooking/serving amenities and the unit could use some upgrading. The unit served us well and was very clean. The staff was very attentive to our needs and in a timely fashion. Overall a very good experience. Would book again but would request a unit that had been updated, even if the cost was more.

Nice place for family vacation
We stayed at Monte Carlo Condos for a month mid April - mid May 2021 and really enjoyed that place. Property is in good condition, clean and with good service. Good place for remote work.

Couldn’t have been better
This is a wonderful place in a great location. Everything we wanted or needed was a short walk, from beaches to restaurants to a market to a spa and even a great dentist. The staff is beyond description. We became fast friends. We will be back.

Huge condo
This is a large and clean condo with washer/dryer. Neighborhood isn't great for walking at night, but good security at condo and fine during the day.

Great vacation spot. We'll be back!
It is a beautiful property, well-maintained and serviced. All was as described in the information on the web. Helpful staff, great access to the town and the beach.
We found the condo very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. It is only 5 minutes walk to the main town of Jaco and the same to the beach. Sunsets there are unbelievably beautiful. The only minor inconveniences were the Wifi, which was occasionally slow due to traffic and capacity, and the cable TV with only three channels with any English. But good if you want to improve your Spanish! The on-site services: cleaners, security and general management were all excellent and very responsive to our needs and requests.
The balconies are quite large and we spent early mornings and long evenings out there eating breakfast or dinner and chatting for hours in the warm. It is a family place and was generally quiet in the evenings. The kids were always having fun in the pool during the day. We met quite a few families who were there on their third or fourth visit and so the were obviously happy about the Monte Carlo.
We had the best beach vacation ever there and we have been to many places around the world. Costa Rica is also a very beautiful country and devoid of all the tensions that you encounter these days in Mexico.
Our only regret was leaving. We were there for a month and we could have stayed for 3 months happily.

Unit was perfect but you should make it clear while booking that you charge for guest!!
My only issue was the surprise $50per guest per visit charge! This should be stated prior to booking not when you arrive in Jaco at the Condo. Otherwise the unit was perfect!

Comfy and Family Friendly
Spacious condo about a 5 min walk to dining and ten minute walk to beach. Condo was well maintained, had great balcony with pool view and complex had a nice grill area by the pool. 24/7 security... my only complaint would be inconsistent WiFi and no ocean views.

Well maintained and clean grounds and condo, staff was courteous. The condo itself felt large, the bed in the master was huge. Place is completely equipped too, which was awesome. Walking distance to everything really but it's not in the main road, so it's less noisy. It's less than a block away from the main road though so very easy and fast to get to shops and restaurants. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo condos for 5 nights. Our place was spacious, located close to the pool and town. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay at this condo again.

Clean and Comfortable
We had an amazing time at Monte Carlo Condos. The condos were wonderful and well stocked with everything you need. There's a grocery store a half a block away so you can stock the kitchen, and there are all the pots and pans you need to settle right in and start enjoying Jaco as soon as you get there. The staff was great, and more than willing to answer any questions. They helped us get a car for a week from Adobe. We traveled all over. Very fair price. Ask Christian to set it up for you. And I really miss the guys at the gate. They were so fun to talk to. Each condo has a deck, and we had breakfast every morning on the deck. So quiet and peaceful. Do yourself a favor and book it here. We can't wait to be back, take it from us. Missing Jaco from St George, Utah.

Terrific with many advantages
Christian and his staff are outstanding; accessible, friendly, and very accommodating. They also mediated both our airport shuttle and pre-shopping. The grounds and condo units are extremely well kept and very secure. They're very close to shopping and restaurants (e.g. Malecon for sunsets, Beatles for a gringo, dive bar, and Graffiti for better dining, though Graffiti is moving about 4 blocks away later this year). Many of the units look to the pool but line-of-sight varies considerably, (foliage, first/second floor, etc.). The washer/dryer and the outdoor grills were useful features. Most all units are very well appointed but check photos first. Our particular unit, (#6), was set up to be adequate vs home-like. This is NOT a criticism of the complex; it applies only to #6; other units seemed consistently nicer. We did not routinely mention our concerns to Christian, however, when we did tell him about the uncomfortable patio chairs, 2 new ones were delivered the very next day.

The condo is beautiful and very clean. It is close to the main street and a short walk to the beach. The pool is nice but smallish which can be a problem given that the beach is wavy.
