Perfectly located and an absolute gym in Greenpoint
A little bit more emphasis on cleaning especially downstairs in the bathroom dust on the walls it’s just cleaning in the same with the bath tub itself

Une maison avec le cachet des anciennes chambres d'hôte. Grand bâtiment avec 17 chambres. Décoration kitch et cosy. La gouvernante dort sur place et palie à toutes les demandes : repassage, explications pour s'acclimater à l'équipement hors d'âge. Mon matelas a été changé suite à ma demande car il était vraiment très mou.
Les inconvénients d'une maison qui a vécu : les fenêtres en guillautine qui ne glissent pas, les fermetures difficiles, les meubles anciens qui mériteraient d'être changés (meuble de salle de bain notamment). Mais rien de bien important.

The staff and owner are friendly and approachable. The atmosphere is relaxed. The property is steeped in history. The walls are covered in artworks and old maps. There is a communal kitchen stocked with breakfast foods.
Amenities are good and functional, but not modern.

Cute looking property
The walls are very thin. My friend and I were chatting and the neighbor knocked on our door to let us know she can hear us talking. Great place to just sleep otherwise.
