They each have a split system for heating and cooling. Guests can enjoy stunning 180 degree mountain views from this well thought out home which is bright and airy and has quality furnishings and finishes. It is equipped with all mod cons at your fingertips. Open plan living, dining, kitchen with a plush leather lounge suite and massive 50 inch flat screen TV with a blue ray DVD player and library of movies on offer. The full kitchen has the latest stainless steel appliances including Fisher & Paykel dishwasher and wall oven. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and much more on offer. The full length entertaining deck provides a spacious alfresco area with outdoor setting and BBQ. There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer and access to a separate shower room and separate toilet. Greenlands is centrally located with easy walking to the village centre. Raspberries and boysenberries are available for guests to pick in summer.

Mould in bathrooms,dusting ceiling fans, dirty toilets.Deck balastrade wobbly not safe for small children.Beds comfy and great position to town.We left bbq cleaner than when we arrived.Great house just needs a good scrub.

Family had a great time at the house. Overall cleanliness of the house was a little poor such as the kitchen and outdoor area, especially the bbq. Could help with a more up-to-date tv. Beds were comfy and layout of the house was great.

Great facilities, stunning views, lots of room. Easy walk to the shops. Unfortunately no WIFI Overall a great place to stay and we all enjoyed every minute. Will be coming back again

The house location is good, walking distance to town centre. The house is big, comfortable for 10 adults. It has 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The downfall on this property is that, it's not very clean. Lots of spiderwebs inside and out, carpet looked like it hadn't been vaccumed. Furniture in lounge, dining chairs and beds weren't comfortable. The kitchen not very well equipped, the oven trays were disgusting. The house needs a deep cleaning inside & out.

The property was as advertised, great view, walk to all shops and restaurant's but on the down side could have been cleaner and there was no soap for the shower, and no hand towels and no tissues, and dirty frying pan as well.

Great location, lovely home with heaps of space. Central to everything and easy walking distance to town. A few thing were dirty on arrival, pans were dirty and needed washing before use. BBQ was left dirty… didn’t bother cleaning to use. Great home for large family catch ups.

This property was perfect for a gathering of Rotarians over a conference weekend. Within walking distance of all the events it provided the perfect spot for meeting and socializing. One of our group will now consider booking the house for a family weekend.

Such amazing views from the property, especially from the deck which was spacious and enjoyable on a warm day for sitting and relaxing and having a BBQ. The house was big enough for 3 couples and 3 children, and the 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. Kitchen and lounge areas were spacious with the only downside being a leaking fridge (which according to another review has been a problem for at least 2.5 years!) that also froze our vegetables. A great base as it's only a short downhill walk to the shops and cafes of Marysville. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Note: the coffee machine takes ground coffee (it is not a pod machine!).

I was immediately disappointed at the state of the living area when we arrived. There were remains of a party everywhere, the freezer was dirty and the floors and surfaces dirty. After spending the first hour vacuuming and mopping the living area and kitchen I was ready for my holiday! Apart from that it was a comfortable place to stay, with lovely views and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The berry garden was a real treat! Very suitable house for a family gathering.

Lovely and large house overlooking the beautiful mountain range. We had cockies visit us both mornings after we watched the sun rise. So relaxing and Marysville is so beautiful and peaceful.
