About this apartment rental
Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to the serenity of a 7 mile long beach. In the evening spark up a fire in the beach fire pit, sit back and enjoy the sun setting over the ocean, the sound of the surf, the skyline view of the gorgeous lights from Monterey to Santa Cruz and the star lit sky.
Enjoy ocean and dune views from the living room, master bedroom and deck. At night snuggle into the comfy CA King Bed and lull to sleep by the sound of the ocean.
The master bedroom has a California King with a TV and private bathroom. The guest room has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. The second bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom.
Dining room table can comfortably seat 6 and it also has a leaf to accommodate up to 8. Living room has a wood fireplace, a flat screen TV, Smart Blu-Ray with Pandora, Netflix and Hulu, Cable TV with Music stations, iPod docking station and WiFi.
The covered deck is accessible through the sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom. The deck is equipped with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.
Upgrades to the condo include:
Kitchen cabinets
Full Master Bathroom with granite counters
Partial Guest Bathroom with new cabinets
New fireplace including stack stone front, hearth and mantle
New carpet throughout in Dec 2014

We had a great stay! We were visiting for a wedding at Pajaro, and the condo was in walking distance to all the events. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Check-in was easy at the gate, and the staff at Pajaro was very friendly. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this unit before but as we are older we noticed how difficult it was for us with no grab bars by toilet or shower. The step into the shower was dangerous for without a grab bar.
