About this condo rental
Situated in Capitola, this attractive condo for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. We are centrally located in the Capitola Village with 2 covered parking spaces, a rare and convenient find in this location! We are a short 2 block walk to the beach and steps away from our front door to restaurants, shopping, wine bars, coffee houses, and entertainment! If you need to get to a grocery store or pharmacy, it is just a few minute car drive. Our condo is very spacious at 1250 square foot condo and comfortably sleeps 7. Our home has been recently updated with all new furniture, paint, flooring, washer, and dryer. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a primary suite with a queen size bed and secondary bedroom with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There is a 4 piece bathroom and a separate vanity for the primary bedroom. Ample storage space is available in both bedrooms. The downstairs hall closet is equipped with all your beach needs including chairs, toys, boogie boards, mats, towels, and sunscreen for your convenience. Upstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and 2 patios. The pull out sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. The sizable kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, margaritas, or simply reheat leftovers. We have 2 flat screen TVs, a 42" in the living room and smaller one in the primary bedroom with WiFi internet and cable. Enjoy the dozens of board and card games in the living room for the entire family. Kick off yours flip flops and relax on the front balcony, enjoy the fresh air, glass of wine, a meal, or whatever your heart desires. We sincerely hope that the location, cleanliness, and beach themed decor makes this your dream vacation!

This unit is in a great location and has two parking spaces which is a major plus! The queen bed in the main bedroom was super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit is a nice bonus.
The unit has nice beach supplies available (umbrella, chairs and toys if you have littles)
My only complaint is the WiFi was not working a few evenings even after restarting the router but did work each morning and during the day. This did not interrupt TV functionality.
I would definitely stay here again

The location is amazing! Steps away from all Capitola Village has to offer. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room sitting area. Nice large balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach vacation
My family loved staying at this beach condo. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Our 4 year old LOVED the bunk bed. The kitchen was well set up, and the small patio was perfect for happy hour and dinner. You can’t beat the location! Easy walking distance to the beach and the cute downtown of Capitola. We can’t wait to come back :)

It’s an upstairs unit, so you’ll get your steps in for the day if you’re unloading a lot! The living space is on the second level, bedrooms on the first floor. Utilized the small “outside” space past the kitchen and washer & dryer for storing cooler & recycling. When you leave the back door open, you’ll enjoy the cross-ventilation between kitchen & living room. Loved the breezes while cooking! Small patio facing street, but nice for a few people to enjoy morning coffee. Enough sleeping room for 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 single adults. Most comfortable beds are the master queen and the lower bed (full) of bunk bed in second bedroom. Pull out sofa is probably best for children only, as far as comfort level. We did a lot of cooking — there’s plenty of dishes, glassware, pans, utensils and spices. But if you’re staying the week & cooking, bring your own knives, a non-stick pan & cast iron for grilling. Appreciated the two sinks in the bathroom downstairs. Felt really lucky to have the two assigned parking spaces!

This was a great place, easy booking, easy check in and out. The location is awesome walking distance to the village, (bars, shopping, eating. Couldn't ask for anything more. It does only have 1 full bathroom but you should already know this if your looking at the listing. 2 great covered parking stalls downstairs, there are lots of stairs so be prepared. Pros: clean, designated parking, walkable close to downtown and beach which helps avoid parking fees, well-stocked kitchen, nice beds and bedding, cute outdoor patio w/ lights, well stocked with beach items (towels, toys, suncreen although it was expired), plenty of soap/shampoo/lotion/bath supplies, even had 2 stools which were nice w/ the kids, plenty of outlets for charging devices, lots of TV options (Netflix, cable)
Cons: hot water seemed turned way down. I was barely able to fill the tub before it started getting cold. We had to plan our showers separate from each other to avoid running out of hot water. Also kitchen equipment, though well-stocked, is very low quality. I'd recommend bringing your own knives.
