El apartamento es muy amplio y aunque tendrá unos 50 años está en perfecto estado. Está dividido en 2 plantas más una adicional con solarium. Además cuenta con 3 terrazas con mesas y sillas para poder comer o disfrutar de las vistas.
Nos gustó la limpieza de la casa y lo acogedora que es. La cocina es prácticamente nueva y bien equipada aunque no cuenta con microondas contrariamente a lo que se indica en la descripción. Cuenta con menaje abundante y en buen estado así que se puede cocinar cómodamente.
En la planta principal hay un salón amplio con chimenea y A/A (que no necesitamos usar), la cocina recientemente reformada y un baño completo. Bajando unas escaleras se llega al piso inferior donde hay dos dormitorios bastante amplios, dos baños! y un cuarto de lavado y trastos. Ambos dormitorios tienen salida a una bonita terraza con unas tumbonas. Todas las puertas tienen una mosquitera corredera para ventilar sin miedo a los insectos.
Encima de la planta principal hay una amplia terraza con unas tumbonas y unos sillones con unas sombrillas, una de las cuales ya han visto bastantes veranos. Además, oh! sorpresa dos mancuernas de 5kg ideales para hacer algo de ejercicio.
Hay una playa a unos 20 minutos andando aunque es pequeña y este año era imposible el baño por la cantidad de algas muertas que había.
También un campo de golf a 5 minutos andando aunque por problemas de riego había bastantes zonas peladas.
Las camas en general son bastante incómodas y la doble bastante pequeña, si mides 180 los pies quedan por fuera. Además, las almohadas muy blandas. Tuvimos que usar 2 con una toalla debajo y aún así eran muy bajas. Sólo hay un juego de sábanas para nuestra estancia de 14 días y aunque haya lavadora con la humedad de la zona no da tiempo a que se sequen completamente en el día. Además, son pequeñas para la cama.
No hay microondas aun que se incluye en la descripción, pero hay A/A en el salón que no se menciona.
Los enchufes de los baños no tienen potencia suficiente para que funcione ningún aparato moderno (secador, cepillo, irrigador dental). Se necesita usar un alargador para enchufarlo al pasillo.

La vue est magnifique ! Il y a plusieurs terrasses et un roof top qui donne chacun sur un paysage exceptionnel. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Le logement est très grand. L’architecture est typique et très belle.
La literie pourrait être améliorée.

For this price point I can't complain. The home is spacious and has just about everything you need and more.
The view from main floor balcony and rooftop is beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance to beach, store and restaurants. Parking is no trouble due to your own private driveway.
The host responds within reasonable time and offers help but minimal detail. I did feel burdensome to ask simple questions. Had some trouble with the washer due to my own fault. I was asked to have the housekeeper offer help but wasn't told when they would arrive or how to contact them. No one came at any time during my entire 2 week stay, so how to ask? I did figure it out as well as how to use the shower in one bathroom.. originally we thought no hot water but you have to turn the knob on the wall next to the sink because the shower knob doesn't work so therefor everyone used the same shower when my purpose was to have separate ones. Also, be careful not to close the patio door while everyone is outside because it's not possible to open it from the outside. Thankfully, we learned this while someone was still inside to open the door. Same with front door.. once shut u can't open it unless u have the key! Also, there are no Portuguese tv stations unless I'm unaware of how to use the cable. Anyhow, we didn't spend much time watching tv... much rather look at the view from the balcony. No place is perfect, and the value for this space was unbeatable.

The house is equipped with plenty of high quality appliances, which you typically wouldn't find in a tourist accommodation. Everything is in a good condition. We had a wonderful Easter time and truly felt at home. The location is perfect and the host Ilona is very friendly and helpful.
Internet connection is fast and reliable, but you need to visit a NOS store to buy a Kangaroo card - you can find one in Portimão, which is open even on Sundays!
The beds could be a more comfortable. And it's a strange feeling to find someone else's clothes in the wardrobe - seems that someone hadn't moved out completely before the house started being offered as a tourist accommodation. Furthermore, the umbrellas on the balcony and on the roof terrace are quite unstable, especially if the wind gets more gusty.
