Great hospitality upon reaching the hotel. Good room. Comfortable bed. Good choice of food.
Despite adequate information regarding the need for an Innova or at least an Ertiga for the our group of 5 to be picked from the airport to the hotel, a smaller sedan was sent. And unnecessary arguments and discussion for well over 20-25 minutes before the suitable transport arrived. Could have been better organised. However upon reaching the front desk, the duty manager duly apologised for the confusion rather than defending. And thus salvaged the evening! :)

We like the break fast in variety of options.
Dinning is closing very early. sometimes we are late due to delay in travelling.

I loved the location, the size of the rooms, the pool and the breakfast. Except for the chicken sausages everything was perfect.
I didn’t like the staff behaviour. Not very fresh at the time of check in. During breakfast, they were lost. They didn’t seem happy to serve. One more thing I didn’t like was that when you go for a shower, the drain start smelling. Then the smell stays in the bathroom for a long time. The drain either needs cleaning or some solution to be put in.

Seems like a new property . Bed was comfortable. Good room service.
Inadequate toilet supplies and they had provided for only one person where as we had booked for three but only two checked in . There is no life in the property . When we returned to the hotel right after the T20 WC victory the lobby was dark and there was one staff on the front desk looking at the screen unmindful of our presence without even looking up . We had a welcome letter in the room with someone else’s name written on it . There was no moisturiser in the bathroom . We had a low quality wooden stirrer in the room to mix our drink . Inappropriate furniture in the room . A huge round dining table and a curved sofa in the room occupying lot of space . Wonder why we need that . Apart from that we have an officer chair as well as a single seater with a detached leg rest . Room much furniture in the room . Asked for a strong Cappuccino but I was served a coffee that was so light containing mostly milk . The breakfast spread and the quality of the food could improve.
