Very good

Room was large

Only had sausage out for breakfast. Tub was slippery as hell. I almost fell , my husband did fall. No injuries. Lights on table between bed didn't work. I didn't check to see if it was plugged in. Lights by the door didn't work

I will be back

I left a small bag. It was wrapped and labeled when I went to pick it up. Nothing missing. My sister and I spent Christmas here, it was a large room with plenty of seating for my son to visit one evening. Very friendly staff Breakfast was super. Many options from yogurt and muffins to biscuits and gravy sausage, and waffles. I will stay here again.

The staff was sweet, and the breakfast was a bonus.

Our key cards kept having to be reset. Every single time we had difficulty trying open our door. Also, we wanted our room cleaned and the cleaning ladies completely disregarded our room. AC was not that great.

Clean but not hassle free

Front desk attendant on nights was very nice and pleasant. Stayed 3 days because of snow storm and she hooked Me up supplies to be more comfortable while we were snowed in.

The lady on Davis wasn't quite the same as the the one on nights. Had to carry 6 bags down 3 floors because the elevator was broke. Pool was not available.

Good luck getting the room you reserved.

The front desk woman was nice.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds the day before our stay. Arrived at 5 pm and was told they had us in a king room and there was no way for me to get another room. It was disappointing. The person checking us in was very kind but we were stuck 3 people to a king bed.

will push next time to be moved to a different room as soon as we arrive if our accommodations are not what we request

it was clean

we had reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa bed and we didn’t have a sofa bed. Also our tv didn’t work so we went without a tv. not good when we have kids
