We very much enjoyed our stay at The Pink Beach house. Such a beautiful view. We enjoy this side of the island as it’s quiet and not so busy. Very much appreciated the snorkel equipment at the house as well. Would stay here again.

Lovely beach house on the north shore of Grand Cayman. Immaculately kept. We enjoyed the various toys : skindiving gear, kayaks and the pool. Great place to spend Christmas. Thanks to the hosts, owners and maintainers.

Loved everything about this property. It was clean, the pool was amazing, the location was good. Nice quiet area. The only negative that we had was all of the sea grass at the beach area. It made it almost impossible to enjoy the beach. We could not take advantage of the snorkeling or kayaking.

Situated on the quiet North Side, this is a beautifully maintained and characterful property by the Caribbean Sea. Perfect for my family of 6 and our grown adult children. We spent hours chilling by and on the big and deep pool. Everything you could wish for was present, from floats to snorkel gear to beach equipment.
Property is close to Rum Point and Starfish Point. We used Ocean Frontiers to visit the Stingrays at dawn, well ahead of the cruise mobs, leaving from nearby Kaibo Yacht Club. A drive around the east side took us to an all you can eat Sunday brunch (so topping up my 2 boys for at least the rest of the day) and on to a couple of cool blow holes. At the end of our stay we ventured to George Town and the gorgeous 7 Mile Beach, where we rented a jetski for 3 hours (Cayman Jestskis - they delivered straight to us at Governors Beach) and picked up souvenirs and Cuban cigars. Duck inside on still sunsets to dodge the mozzies, but otherwise very little intrusive insect life for such a tropical climate. The scrounging miner bird we need Herbert. My family loved this place. A great place for a big family to get away from it all. Weather in early August was hot and mainly sunny - with occasionally cloud cover and refreshing storm, but not as much as we expected for this time of year. Go for it.

Perfect location / home for our family of 5. Enjoyed a couple of lazy days at the home in the pool and by the ocean, and a few days making the 45 min drive over to the 7 mi beach area. Exactly as advertised, well appointed, and smooth process from start to finish.

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The home is well appointed, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fantastic outdoor space. Mosquitoes made it impossible to be outside after sunset so plan your days and evenings accordingly! Will definitely stay again!

We wanted a place to celebrate our twin granddaughters graduating high school and their 18th birthdays and this house was almost perfect! The location was great but the house is showing some wear. The outdoor furniture really was not safe or comfortable but the view was beautiful!! Despite the times of seaweed the snorkeling and kayaking were great and the girls loved it! The requested Air Conditioner setting was not cool enough for us and at the weekly rate we paid did not seem right to limit our comfort. One last thing, the downstairs master bath only had 2 wash clothes!! All in all the location was great but the house needs alittle TLC making it just a little overpriced for the quality.

The Pink Beach House was all we hoped for and MORE!!!! The location is for a slower pace Grand Cayman experience. Very quiet, but accessible to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. The house is very clean and well equipped. The beach chairs and umbrellas saved the day on our 7 Mile Beach day. Thanks Karen !!!!

I was very happy with this house and everything that was provided with it. Entering the property was easy and affective. A welcome gift was provided by the property owner which was very nice. It contained valuable information about the island. The pool was very nice and clean. I was impressed that snorkels, fins, masks, and even water shoes were available in a variety of sizes.
The only downsides were that the house was far from everything. We had to drive over a hour each day to get to all the activities. Also, the mosquitoes were awful, and it made enjoying the outdoors almost impossible. The ocean was covered in sea grass and made it impossible to swim freely. All in all, we had a great time in the Caymans and we recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet place away from the traffic.

The property was fantastic and as described by owner. Everything we needed or could have wanted was at our fingertips. They obviously care about their home and want their guest to experience a first rate vacation.
Kids said”best vacation ever”. Nature at your fingertips.

The absolutely only negative we had at the house which was completely out of the owner’s control was there was lots of seaweed and mosquitoes in the late evenings. Otherwise the house and communication was perfect!
5.0
First, the booking process and communication was efficient and prompt. Karen was a pleasure to deal with and very accessible for questions and advice.
The property was exactly as described with everything provided to enjoy your time in Grand Cayman. We were looking for a quiet place right on a beach away from the busy tourist areas and the pink beach house was ideal! The added bonus is the walkout to the beautiful pool and deck overlooking the beach.
The property is well maintained inside and out with lovely trees and grounds. You can tell the host takes pride in providing a great experience to the guests. So many nice touches are provided. Snorkel gear, multiple beach chairs and floats and much more.
Overall we are totally satisfied with our rental and would recommend the property.

The house overall was really good - clean, accurate description. We really enjoyed taking the kayaks out past the breakers for some nice snorkeling, seeing pretty dense fish populations and collecting a few conches. Very worth it! We caught some small crabs and lizards for fun on the beach, built a nice sand castle and enjoyed the hammock and pool!
We were a little disappointed about a few things:
- Rum Point is completely closed - not partially. Kiabo restaurant was the only thing of any value there ... the construction at the beach area and all of the other closed businesses made the area pretty irrelevant to us.
- There was pretty bad seaweed and seagrass on the beach. The area in front of the house was cleaned a few times during the week so it was slightly better, but immediately right and left was unmanaged and it was virtually impossible to walk on the beach. The sargassum is "temporary" but is likely to get worse this year still. The seagrass is permanent.
- The pool is very nice and very clean, but it is all 5-6 feet deep so it was a little harder for our 8 & 9 year olds to enjoy for extended times since they couldn't stand. Not an issue for most adults and great for swimming, but a little limiting for smaller people.
- The house was very nice as mentioned, but we use VRBOs frequently and normally have some small shampoo/conditioner available for when we arrive (groceries were closed on Sunday when we ultimately arrived) and a slightly better stocked kitchen with some serving plates, etc. It's a bit of a nit pick, but would have been nice and was expected given the weekly rate.
The house was very good and the location was theoretically great - more remote and quiet, near Rum Point and with great snorkeling off the shore - but this experience was good vs great because of the things listed above.

Listing was accurate, check-in was easy, and communication was good. The house comes with a lot, including canoes, snorkeling equipment, and a pool. The location being on the beach is great. The beach itself there does have a lot of seaweed, which is less than ideal, but they try hard to remove it weekly. It's still beautiful and the back deck every night with the sound of rustling palm trees was a true paradise. Very close to rum point, which is worth visiting at least one day. It's quiet at night but the road that the house is on is a fairly busy one, so kids must be watched at all times in the front yard.

The house was perfect for us being private, wonderfully spacious, thoughtfully decorated and so well equipped. Great sea views and pool.
We so enjoyed using the bikes for shopping at Chisholms and visiting Rum Point. It was a shame that Rum Point was not fully open due to building works but it wasn't a big problem as a bar (excellent cocktails) and a food truck were open as well as the Kaibo Beach bar and restaurant.
We were grateful for the kayaks, and array of fins, sea shoes, masks and snorkels supplied, though the windy weather curtailed their use by us.
There was seaweed and dead sea grass on the beach which was mostly cleared by the garden team in front of the house so not a big issue unless one wanted to walk along the beach.
We would highly recommend this property.

We just returned from an amazing week in Grand Cayman. The house is located on the North End of the Island. No details have been overlooked. Karen the property manager makes your stay a breeze, and answers any and all of your questions- she's fantastic to work with. The house has all the amenities you would find in your own home. . A BEAUTIFUL setting right on the beach with your own pool. The home has beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas and plenty of masks, fins and gear for snorkeling. So many beautiful fish and a reef located right off your own private beach.
We loved the slower pace of the North side, while still enjoying amazing restaurants- KAI BO YACHT CLUB just a short drive away. Tukka on the EAST END was close by as well and has amazing food and drinks. We had our 2 year old granddaughter who loved beaching at Starfish beach and seeing the beautiful starfish. Take the drive into Georgetown and visit 7 mile Beach its stunning. We loved Governors beach next to the Westin hotel. The water was aqua blue and amazing. We enjoyed Rackams and The Lobster Pot for dining in Georgetown.
We can't wait for our return trip.

We (my wife and our three kids 13, 11 and 6) stayed here for a week and we didn't want to leave.
The pink beach house was beautiful and the photos don't do it any justice! As soon as we pulled up in the driveway, we immediately fell in love.
The house is huge and has pretty much everything you could ever want. Karen is wonderful and incredibly helpful.
The beach is small but perfect for the house and the pool was an extra bonus that was used every day.
We would, without a doubt, stay here again.

Three couples enjoyed the Pink House. All bedrooms had an ensuite, which is great. The pool was refreshing every morning. The views were unbeatable.

The house was wonderful. Clean and exactly as advertised! Greatly appreciated the use of the snorkeling equipment. Loved the pool and being right on the ocean!

Beautiful property in a superb location. Karen the manager of the property was fantastic and replied to our many queries quickly.
The house was well equipped and didn’t lack anything.
The only thing that I would say could be better (and I’m being ridiculously fussy) is that it wouldn’t been nice for the beds to have been changed whilst there. That said, it’s not a hotel.
Fantastic property with great customer service :)

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was great! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Karen was great and very responsive to all questions that I had. The only drawback to the house was that due to the large amount of seaweed, the swimming in front of the house was not great. However, my kids loved the kayaks and the pool was perfect. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our time at the Pink Beach House. This was our 2nd visit to Grand Cayman - our first being in 2019 where we stayed on Seven Mile Beach. For this trip we wanted to explore a different part of the island (Rum Point) so this location was perfect. The house was very well appointed, the pool was a wonderful amenity that we enjoyed multiple times a day, every day we were there. The fairly private beach was steps from the back of the house and beautiful (although fairly unusable - I’ll explain below.) There were a lot of pool floats and snorkel gear for the kids to use. The kitchen had everything you’d want prepare meals for the family. The AC was very nice and substantial (as it was quite hot when we visited.) There was cable tv and decent wifi (signal was a bit weak throughout the house, but that’s fine as we spent most of our time exploring the island.) The rooms were comfortable and everything in the house was in working order.
The 2 major points of disappointment for our trip had nothing to do with the house. Rum Point was basically still closed due to the pandemic and under renovation, so with the exception of the Kaibo Beach Club Restaurant (which is great) there was not a lot to do or see on this side of the island - which meant a lot of driving to areas closer to Georgetown and Seven Mile beach for activities - which can be about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic / weather. Secondly, the beach behind the house was fairly unusable as there is a massive infestation (Across the Caribbean) of Sargassum Seaweed in the water which made snorkeling a challenge and lead to massive piles of fairly smelly seaweed lining the beach in every direction. Karen was wonderful and very communicative and even offered to send crews (which she did) to the beach to try to clean some of the seaweed out. (It’s just pervasive and kind of impossible to avoid at this point.)
Overall though, the house was worth the price, Karen was exceptionally informative and communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay, and we highly recommend this house if you want a comfortable base camp for your family in a very safe and quiet part of the island. We highly recommend.

Our family stayed at The Pink House in June 2022 and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean, very well-equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, floats and snorkel gear. Outside of the kayaking and snorkeling (which we loved doing), we absolutely loved the pool. On a sunny day, it feels like paradise floating in the pool under the blue sky and coconut trees! Our kids were even in the pool even on the days it rained. We loved grilling out and also had a fun time with various island activities—pampered ponies, bioluminescence kayak tour near Rum Point and a private boat charter. We were bummed that Rum Point was still closed (and with the rain), but overall had a fantastic time!

Full Disclosure - we didn't get to stay here due to the pandemic. Karen is the upstanding and honest owner of a property that one would want to support during this pandemic time. She repeatedly allowed us to rebook our trip as closures extended. When all direct flights were indefinitely removed from Denver to Georgetown, we explained our reluctance to continue with the reservation and she refunded us no questions asked - even though it was an inconvenience for her since we kept rebooking. If Karen is this good for the booking process, I can only imagine how good she will be hosting during one's stay. When we are able to finally make our trip out to Cayman, this is the property we intend to stay at (assuming it is available!)

Great location, great space!
The house is perfectly located in Rum Point on a quiet stretch of beach. It’s a short drive to many restaurants and the Rum Point beach is actually only a 40 minute walk, if you want to get some exercise too. The pool was heavily utilized and the kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful property
We had a wonderful stay with our family of six. The house is beautiful, clean, great setup and perfect location. We loved everything about it. This is definitely a relaxing vacation. You need to drive to go anywhere busy or to restaurants, if you want a peaceful time in a beautiful property, I highly recommend this place.
My only suggestion is to have a better grill. Given how much it costs to rent the house, an investment in a nicer grill would be well worth it.
We rented Sunday to Sunday which is what we needed but we didn’t realize that grocery stores on the island are closed on Sundays. That meant that we had to go all the way back to the airport area on Monday to go grocery shopping. You could find the basics close to the house but definitely not a weeks worth of food. Not sure if this property has a Sat to Sat option but I would highly recommend that instead. Also, we brought a suitcase packed with food for kids - bread, peanut butter, pasta, cereal, etc. You will save hundreds of dollars by doing that.

Weird loved staying in as well appointed well-maintained and very clean property the deck and pool were such a nice bonus and it was fun being on that side of the island. We loved experiencing new restaurants and places to go. The downside waa the beach itself Which was almost on walkable and certainly not very clean at all. The front of the house itself was kept tidy but we weren’t able to walk the beaches as we normally do when we’re on an island. However our overall stay was magnificent and we loved our time at the pink beach house

Rum Point Stay
The Pink Beach House was everything that we expected, and some that we didn't (we were there during the earthquake). Great place away from the crowds on 7-Mile. Snorkeling off of the private beach was great. Only problem that we encountered was a leaky kitchen sink faucet, that was fixed the next day. Would definitely come back.

wonderful but W-I-N-D-Y !
Pink Beach House was beautiful! Perfectly decorated, clean and welcoming! Only 1 glitch, we asked to have 2 twin beds made into king. We were told that it is always done that way for 6 adults (which we were) but alas - we arrived to 2 twins :( so a slight bump, and one couple was fine with it but still disappointing. The other issue was the WIND! I know owner has no control over weather but there should be some notice of excess wind on that side of the island. Everyone we asked (restaurants/stores/beach bars) said we were on the windy side! Don't get me wrong....the island was beautiful ! The people were incredible! The Pink Beach house is amazing! Just bring bobby pins to keep your baseball cap on your head !!!

Beautiful Beach House filled with amenities!
We had a wonderful week at The Pink House! It is a beautiful, well decorated, spacious house with every amenity you can possibly want or need in a vacation rental. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved being able to use the kayaks and snorkel gear. The beach towels and sun screen were such a nice touch! The beds we so comfortable too. We loved having Rum Point so close by and enjoyed delicious dinners at Kaibo Bar & Grill and Tukka. We had heard that the Northside of the island can be a bit windy and we did in fact experience that for several days, with winds blowing at 20-25 mph all day. As such we were not able to sit out by the pool or beach but used it as an opportunity to explore other areas of the island, including Seven Mile Beach and downtown Georgetown where the winds were noticeably calmer. We rented a jeep for the week and it was nice to have transportation at our fingertips because we like to stay active and this area of the island is somewhat quiet. Our favorite restaurant by far was the Sunshine Grill on Seven Mile Beach. Best fish tacos ever in a casual environment! The only thing to point out is that swimming at the beach in front of the house is a bit challenging given that it is very shallow and mostly covered by sea kelp. You do need to venture rather far out to get to an area deep enough to swim, however, it is absolutely worth it!! The reefs are incredible for snorkeling or just enjoying the gorgeous water from the kayak. We hope to kayak from the house to Rum Point during our next visit. Thank you so much for your wonderful house! We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Vacation Spot
We loved the location of the house. The area was quiet, and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We drove to Rum Point several times for wave running, and we had dinner at the Lighthouse and Kaibo Upstairs. Both dinners were excellent, and they were fairly close to the house. This was one of my favorite vacations, and the house's beds were so comfortable that I felt really rested by the end of the week!

Adorable Beach House
This property was a joy to rent. Prior to departure Karen sent us a large packet filled with tons of information on things to do on the island. When we arrived my young adult daughters exclaimed “it’s a doll house!” The house is incredibly well appointed, clean and comfortable. Anything and everything you could need is provided. The deck, pool and beach we’re lovely. After a week of exams, my daughters were grateful for the quiet, somewhat secluded spot. The nearest shops and restaurants are not really walking distance and bike only if you’re comfortable sharing the two lane road with some fast cars. However, the people we met at the shops and restaurants were delightful. We had lattes and pastries at Kaibo Espresso every morning! Starfish point and Stingray City are fantastic. I can’t say enough about the staff at Red Sail Sports. They were beyond helpful. This home is extremely well maintained, and clearly loved. Pay attention to the location, its perfect for rest and relaxation. Oh, and remember to bring bug spray. The no-seeums either love you or not. If they love you, go see Nina at Beach Bubbles! She’ll fix you right up. No worries.

Fun and Relaxing Christmas Beach Vacation
Our family of six enjoyed the Pink Beach House (PBH) for our Christmas this year. Karen was very helpful, providing a packet of information about Grand Cayman just days after we booked. If we had any questions or concerns, she responded right away and answered ALL of them plus gave us tips to use during our stay. We were all very pleased with the entire property! The guest rooms were very welcoming and homey, even better in person than what the pictures on the website showed. They were very clean and had fun beach decor everywhere. We couldn't get enough of being outside and enjoying the beach a few steps down from the house. The kids spent many memorable hours playing in the pool, lounging on the deck or on the beach-side hammock, kayaking and snorkeling with the included amenities. The media room provided plenty of evening entertainment, where we enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles. Nearby Rum Point was our destination for paddle boarding, sailing and a kayaking tour of Bioluminescent Bay, which was a fun and unique experience. Stingray City and the Coral Gardens are a MUST SEE! We consider them at the top of the list for a great family activity. Restaurants we dined at that weren't too far from PBH were Over the Edge, Tukka, Taco Cantina, Kaibo and The Lighthouse. We cooked a few family meals at the house and the PBH kitchen is supplied well with most everything you might need. Appliances were clean and in fine working order. The north side of Grand Cayman is much more quiet and peaceful than the more congested Seven Mile Beach area was. We are SO grateful we rented the PBH because it offered exactly what our family had in mind for a fun and relaxing beach vacation. When we participated in tours or activities around the island, it was wonderful to come back to this very inviting home. Staying at PBH was an unforgettable part of our Grand Cayman experience. We would DEFINITELY choose this ideal location again!!

Thankful
The Pink House is a wonderful home with everything a family needs to enjoy the pool, beach and ocean that are literally steps away. The kitchen was well stocked with many pleasant surprises. The views from the upstairs bedrooms (really everywhere) are amazing. Relax and enjoy the quiet island life offered on the North Side of the Caymans. Or visit the many attractions that are less than 15 minutes away from Rum Point, Starfish Point, the Botanical Gardens, and Crystal Caves!
