About this house rental
Single family home located in the heart of Ocean City. Completely renovated in 2014. 4 bedrooms/2 bath two story home with garage underneath for parking. Our home is pet friendly and even has a fenced in back yard!! The ground level is a garage with plenty of storage room for all of your beach toys. The second level has a kitchen, living room and dining room. There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first has a queen bed and the second has twin bunk beds with a trundle. There is a full bath on this level as well. The third floor has two more spacious bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds and a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have TVs.
Home is conveniently located in North Ocean City and is within walking distance to several restaurants including Layton's on 92nd, Lombardis, Kirby's, Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, The Bull on the Beach, and the Coffee Beanery.
Our home is also within walking distance to Little Salisbury park located on 94th street bayside. This park has a playground, basketball court, tennis courts and a dog park.

The home was very clean, they were very accommodating with our pets and grandchildren. First time I used VRBO and hope to rent this place in the fall when I have to come back for a event at aHotel just up the street

We had a great stay in this cozy home during a cool spring week. The deck was my favorite spot- sunny and warm with a view of the water- I spent most of the week here. The beach is just steps away and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. With the breeze, the beach was probably 20 degrees cooler, but we enjoyed walking the beach and fishing. One day was rainy, and we were very happy cuddling on the comfortable sofas and playing at the big table. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our spring break with our dog. It looked like the grill was brand new as well- we didn’t end up using it but it would have been a welcome addition had the weather been a bit warmer. Having the sheets and towels included was a huge bonus. We’d definitely return to this house for anothe visit to OC!

Great location carpets need replaced upstairs with cleanable flooring. Carpeting is very urine stained. Living room furniture could use replacing and a little ant problem on kitchen counters.
