Situated in Rockaway Beach, this attractive condo for $271 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Oceanfront Estate #204 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This two bedroom ocean front condo boasts crystal clear views of the Pacific and Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain from the floor to ceiling windows of the living room! With a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed in the second bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room, the condo comfortably sleep six guests. The two full bathrooms are lined with exquisite tile and include glass-enclosed walk-in showers, with a soaking tub in the master bath. The master suite also includes a private balcony! A large flat screen TV in the living room provides great indoor entertainment and a well-stocked kitchen contains all you will need to make a gourmet meal with a view. You even have WiFi to listen to some music as you cook! With high quality cabinetry, granite counter tops, crown molding, and stainless steel appliances, the condo is the epitome of comfort and luxury. This unit is one of eight others in the complex and can be rented side by side for larger groups. This condo even welcomes up to two dogs, though please note that an additional nightly pet fee will apply. Manhattan Beach is a state recreation site just 2 miles North of Rockaway Beach. Rockaway is known for its seven mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches without the crowds. Kite flying, beachcombing, bird watching, and hiking are just a few of the favorite activities that attract kids and adults alike. Rockaway Beach is also ideal for planning a fishing or boating trip, with over five different lakes that run along Hwy 101. When not playing outside, galleries, antique stores, and restaurants are abundant and will keep you busy during your stay. Come explore all that Rockaway Beach can offer! *Please note that the elevators are out of service, indefinitely, and this home is only accessible by stairs. If you are not able to handle 1 or 2 flights of stairs we are happy to look at some other amazing Rockaway locations that would better serve you! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Everything was good, cleanliness, kitchen amenities all are in good condition and clean. One suggestion please change the oven mittens its completely worn out, there are holes in the mittens which is a safety issue, my hand was about to get burned but luckily only thumb got effected. Rest all was good, very scenic oceanview and overall had good time !! Highly Recommended !!

I’ve stayed in nearly every one of the rental units at Nedonna View Condos and those on the second floor offer the best views. Beach access couldn’t be easier and makes staying with dog a joy. This unit is large and comfortably appointed. Repair kitchen faucet and windows. Would stay again.

I love the Nedonna Estates. They are beautiful and comfortable self-catering rentals with unlimited views and easy access to the beach. They are the basis for a hassle free restorative retreat. The management is responsive and easily available via text.

The view is spectacular. The condo itself is mediocre. Overall layout of condo is good, but bedrooms furnishings need upgrading and kitchen could use help. The 2nd bedroom had no light. We have rented a lot of beach homes over the years and this one was the worst as far as condiments and cooking utensils were concerned. The only condiment in cupboard was a tired container of pepper. No salt or any other spices, no cooking oil, no sugar, coffee or tea. Makings for 1 pot of coffee goes a long way towards making your guests feel welcome. Kitchen faucet was very loose and felt like it could break anytime. Not sure if this is anything, but the toilets make a banging noise (like someone slamming a cabinet door) when the tank is filled. On the plus side, the place was clean, including the windows, which was important to take advantage of the best thing about the condo.

We loved our stay here. The beach access is right in front of the parking spot/stairs and allowed our kids/family to enjoy the beach repeatedly in one day. The only thing I will say is that the sheets are very scratchy in the master bedroom. Also, it was very windy during our stay and there was something banging on the roof all day/night that scared our small children but obviously not something that management could help. We just had to turn up a sound machine for our children to sleep. Overall, a magical and wonderful stay and we will be returning.

A bit of decoration goes a long way…
Pulled Out one of the extra blankets and it smelled like a very dirty wet dog. I didn’t touch the rest. Cheap sheets on the bed. The towels count use a bit of bleach, the were washed but stained. Great view from the living room. Toilet when flushed shakes all the pipes. I didn’t want to flush at night, I’m sure the neighbors can hear. Honestly, I travel and rent a lot of homes, this one is over priced.

My family has stayed at this home several times over the years. We love the location, the home is very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. Our kids enjoy the nearby inlet to play in, and the quiet town is just what we look for in a retreat. Can’t wait to go back!

I love the open floor plan, large kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a very short walk to beach just down steps from condo. We stayed in a different unit 2 yrs ago and love this property. Few items need attention in our unit #204: wobbly kitchen faucet, overhead stove light/fan/microwave didn’t work, bathroom master sink didn’t drain (stem broken), and zero towel bars or hooks in bathrooms to hang damp towels.
In building overall, parking spaces are small, there is no recycling service/can provided and in both units we have stayed, we had to use breaker box often as the washer and dryer w bathroom fan on tripped the circuits. No elevator service was provided which is difficult w 3 flights of stairs to second floor unit (above parking area) esp w luggage.
Will stay again but wanted to point out these things to hopefully get fixed!

We had a wonderful July stay at Rockaway Beach. This is a fabulous location for a peaceful ocean vacation, perfect for long walks, building sand castles and kite flying. Accommodations are comfortable and Vacasa was excellent to work with. Will rent with Vacasa again and recommend this dog friendly unit in Oregon.

We loved this unit. The cleaning was a little lacking, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But the view couldn't be beat, and the access the beach was quick and easy for our family with young kids. We would stay here again.

The condo was nice and open. Lots of towels and blankets. There is 36 steps to the condo (which they warn you about). It's a good workout getting luggage up and down. The elevators were for owners only. Our stay was amazing. Very relaxing and quiet. The condo is so close to the beach. The kids loved it.

The condo is perfectly on the ocean! There is plenty of space and feels like a luxury building but is a bit strange that the whole building is Vacasa. The property manager never responded to our request for dishwasher soap and a toaster that worked. It was clean generally but the kitchen was sticky.

We already miss the sight and sounds of the ocean! This property is just as great as it appears on the listing. We had all of the amenities we needed for our 10-day vacay (having full size laundry was great.)
The property is spacious, light and literally steps from the beach. The oversized master soaking tub was unexpected too.
As with any property there are always a few little quirks. The sofa gets a pretty good draft from the front door (but there are plenty of blankets to use.) There are no dressers in either bedroom (which probably wouldn’t have felt noticeable had we not stayed so long.) The sun glare makes it hard to watch television in the evenings (not that I would have covered up the floor-to-ceiling ocean views during sunset anyway.)
Another bonus is that the unit (and really the whole community) is very dog-friendly! It was not uncommon to see various dogs playing out on the beach at all times of day.
We would definitely stay here again if we are ever on the Oregon coast!
