This property features large open kitchen (modern stainless steel appliances), dining area, and family room with ocean views. Multiple decks for sunning, reading, or just relaxing. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, downtown shopping, and panoramic views (you can see Atlantic City) make this an ideal vacation property. Ground level patio leads directly to beach. No High School Senior Weeks or Prom Weekends.

-Top Level consists of Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Area all with ocean views.
-Bedroom 1 with Queen bed, balcony, and tv

- Level two consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths

This property was one of the best VRBO houses we've ever stayed in (and my family and I stay in a lot)! The owner was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Location is greatUnit had chemical smell that I could not identify. It was concerning. Party from adjacent duplex unit actually called fire company and they identified creosote. They said levels were not dangerous. They were familiar with this house. The older places used creosote on the pilings that supported the houses. If you are used to this it might be a normal beach smell to you. We were not used to it and it caused some to have headaches.I expressed my concern to the owner.I offered to pay for someone to look at it (before neighbor had fire co-good idea). Owner did offer full refund if we vacated the property in one hour . Easier said than done with party of ten including kids at 5 o’clock on a SaturdayNeither I nor party in adjacent unit would rent again
