Situated in Indian Point, this attractive house for $345 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. BOOKING RULES: These booking rules are required even though this site may allow you to book otherwise PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS (Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.) This unit is best suited for 6 adults and 6 kids. Base rate covers up to 8, max number of guests is 12 (with extra guest fees - please see rental agreement for more information). Lots of amenities that appealed to all of us nearby. Property was clean and well cared for. Area was quaint, quiet, and appeared safe. That was important since we had small children. I would book this resort again for future vacations. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Happy we got there before the big crowds came in.

This place is truly a beautiful place, and its incredible challenging to find a place with as many accessible resources and amenities on site as this. Our son loved the pools and arcade and the access to clean, pristine watercraft is unmatched amongst other places weve stayed. We have already discussed return visits with friends and family for the future which should be volumes.

We had a group of nine. Seven adults, a four year old and an eight month old. We came to Branson for the Christmas lights at Silver Dollar City. We have a great stay at WaterMill Cove. Accomodations were excellent and a huge number of fun activities on-site - despite us being there in the late fall when none of the water activities were available. Great place to stay when visiting Branson. Highly recommended!

Great pool, bring floaties if you don’t have strong swimmers, roomy kitchen, we had 6 adults and 6 kids aged 18mo to 12 years. Bring your own spices and kitchen gadgets, they have pots/pans and basics dishes and utensils. Good temp control in unit. Large table fit 8, used a high chair and put 3 kids at the bar top.

The Villa was very clean and the setting was amazing. Only drawback was the blinds in the master water closet left a gap at the bottom of the window (about 3 inches). Also couldn’t turn the air conditioning down where we wanted it. Overall it was a great place to stay. Will stay again!
