Situated in Tucson, this lovely house for $184 per night is a great option for your next trip. Rhonda Berdan - Fully furnished home with 2 car garage and Wi-Fi. - All bedding, linen and towels provided. - Large Master BR with King size bed featuring pillow top mattress, night stands with lamps, and a ceiling fan. Walk-in closet, bureau and dresser provide ample storage. Master bath has double sinks, separate toilet with door and a large Southwestern tiled shower. French interior doors and durable screened French Security exterior doors access the covered patio - providing fresh high-desert air while maintaining privacy. - 2 Large Guest BR's - each have Full size beds with pillow top mattresses, a nightstand with lamp, ceiling fans and a large closet. One BR has a dresser and corner chair - while the other has a foldout desk workspace. - Den or 4th BR has a Full size foldout futon with adjustable head and foot rests. This unique room also has satellite TV, end tables with a lamp, ceiling fan and large closet. - The spacious and luxurious Guest Bathroom in the hallway has double sinks, plenty of room for accessories on the countertop, toilet and a tub with shower. - A sliding glass door off the living room leads to the pool and covered patio. - Living room has satellite TV and seating for 10 people. - Washer and Dryer provided. - Fully stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, specialty glasses, silverware, pots, pans, glassware and utensils for baking, stovetop or microwave cooking. - Beautiful kitchen table seats at least 6 adults. - Glass table near pool with comfortable patio furniture and picnic table off patio provide additional outdoor serving areas. - Rita Ranch home is nestled between two recreation parks and many local attractions. We are 30 yr AZ residents who know the area well and can personally help you customize your stay, or just relax by the pool and watch the sunrises or sunsets! We include all linens, towels, kitchen appliances, and utensils, gas grill, we have tile throughout. Our lush landscape attracts hummingbirds and many species of birds!

We loved this house and property! Lots of room inside and out. Rhonda was a perfect host and took care of all our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Rhonda is the pefect host. She provided clear check-in instructions and kept in touch during our two-week stay. We were greeted with cheese and crackers and a tin of shortbread cookies. The house and property are exactly as pictured -- spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, with every convenience and supply provided for a relaxing, worry-free holiday.
The house is move-in ready with a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bedding, an outdoor bbq, shelves full of books about local history and places, comfortable outdoor tables and seating. For anything else, a Kroger/Fry's grocery store is a 10-minute walk away.
We brought along our Jack Russell terrior and she appreciated the gravelled backyard area. Also, a nearby park had enclosures for both large and small breed dogs that gave her the chance to be off leash.
Rita Ranch is a bedroom community of diverse friendly people away from the bustle of downtown, but an easy drive to local attractions like Saguaro National Forest, San Xavier Mission, and the Desert Museum. We are already planning a return trip next fall. Five stars plus!!

This is just a wonderful property. From the decorative, the back yard to the fully stock kitchen. We had a wonderful experience making memories here, especially around the fire pit in the evenings.

The home was clean and comfortable. Our stay in this beautiful home checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the patio area immensely! We made use of the gas fire pit, bbg, kitchen and dining area. The floor plan had a great flow to it. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. The host decorated the place with flair and good taste. The Christmas decorations were a special touch.
It was truly a home away from home with everything you needed and we will definitely rebook in the future.

This house was the reason why we chose to vacation in Tucson, it was just like pictures except the diving board was removed for safety/insurance reasons. The pool was extremely private and very refreshing! It was 8 feet deep at the deep end and great for jumping in. We even had hummingbirds visiting us while we were in the pool. The house is budget friendly, very inviting, decorated nicely, and had a well-stocked kitchen. Bring your favorite bath soap and shampoo, none was provided from what I could tell. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We enjoyed the scenic drive to Lemon Mountain, Saguaro National Park, and feeding the critters at Rooster Cogburn Ostrich farm. The host was easy to reach if we had any issues. We had a great time! 5 stars!!!

We were in Tucson for a youth baseball tournament at the park a few blocks away. With grocery stores and kid friendly restaurants less than 10 min, It could not have been more convenient. The house was awesome. Super clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with our host. It was a fantastic experience for our entire family.

This property rental was a five star rating on all levels! The house was clean, extremely spacious, well decorated both indoor and outdoor. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed day times sitting around the pool and evenings around the gas fire pit. It was also a wonderful stay for our dog. The neighborhood was very safe and there was a dog park nearby. Thank you, Rhonda, for a wonderful vacation experience! We would recommend this property to all of our friends.

Wow. Communication with the property owner was stellar! The home was exactly what we were looking for, spacious enough for a family of 5 and a couple extra extended family members. We hung out by the pool, went for walks to the park down the street and were within 10-20 minutes of everything we wanted to go do. I would stay here again without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more here. House was in a convenient, safe, quiet neighborhood. Check-in was really easy and communications with the host was pleasant, welcoming, and easy. This house was probably the most well stocked house that I have rented on both platforms. Everything you needed was included plus thoughtful extras by the host. The back yard with the pool is more than relaxing and fitting for enjoying outside time with the family. Everything you needed was there. The house was super clean inside and out. Best vacation rental I've experienced. The host contacted me multiple times leading upto our arrival, just to make sure our stay was going to be great. The home was extremely clean, everything you needed was available. Multiple appliances for daily use, washing machine and dryer. Coffee maker, microwave, gas grill, fridge and TV. The pool was comfortable and clean. Local stores were all within 15 minutes. 45 minutes to Tombstone, 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to downtown. Just the perfect location.

and loggia were charming. We were traveling with our dog so the yard was great. His one “complaint “ - the scary, floating pool toys (beach ball, noodle), kept him busy on patrol.

The house was a great base camp for our Tucson adventures. We were able to get to Mt. Lemmon as well as Saguaro National Park with ease. On game day, the house was only about a twenty minute drive from campus. Our host was very accessible in case there were any issues. Can’t wait to come back to the desert and relax by the pool again!
