This 600 square foot 1 BR/1BA in-law apartment has a private entrance and full kitchen. Fully furnished including linens and kitchen equipment, queen bed, TV, Wi-fi, grill. Watch the ships and wildlife from the living room. Enjoy the pier, patio, and garden. Off street parking and wheelchair accessible. No parties /or events. Non-smoking. Small pet considered on individual basis for a non-refundable fee of $20/niight.

Unit is attached to occupied house, but your privacy is designed into the space. Great view of the Chesapeake and bridge, close to shopping and restaurants. Floorplan is nice as bedroom is separate from living room/full kitchen. Laid out like a Mother-in-law suite.

The awe inspiring view of the bay, the lapping of the water, and the wonderful breeze relaxes one as only connections with nature can do! This home offers these to the hilt!
We were on the island for a wedding and this place was perfect, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed exploring the island's various parks AND driving into Annapolis and exploring.
Great hosts, friendly but maintaining privacy.

We were guests at a wedding held a few miles from Dora’s lovely bayside home. Accommodations were as described but she added special touches-homemade breads made with fruit from her garden, and snacks to tide us over till dinner.
Quiet setting, stunning view of CBB, convenient to all we did the 2 days we were in the Annapolis area.
Hope to return to take in more the area has to offer.

We loved the location on the bay, not too far from restaurants but still quiet & peaceful! A short drive to St. Michael’s & other things to do. Definitely a great spot & Dora was very welcoming! Would stay again.

Morning views of the Chesapeake bay watching the nesting Osprey and ships pass by with coffee and homemade peach bread are all you need. Nice worldly couple made us feel right at home.

I wish we could give 6 or 7 Stars! This property was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. The waterfront house offers a view of the Chesepeake across the Bay from Annapolis. The neighborhood is quiet, with lovely homes each pleasantly landscaped, including this one, with the added touch of fruit trees, in bloom.
Dora and Nabil couldn't have been kinder. We enjoyed complete privacy but they were on sight in the main house in the event we needed something (we didn't).
Can't recommend this property enough. Its perfect for a couple looking for a quiet getaway.

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. Clean, quiet, and excellent views. Really nothing to not like about the place. It is right on the bay with spectacular views and a patio, gazebo, and dock to pick your relaxation spot. We met the owners while staying there and they were kind and friendly. We stayed there for a wedding nearby and would highly recommend this place when visiting Kent Island or Annapolis.

The pictures do not do this apt. justice. This was a very nice, cozy, comfortable place to stay! Views were great. Hosts were pleasant and friendly, but we had our privacy as well! I would highly recommend.

We loved staying in Stevensville VRBO. We were welcomed immediately and had some welcome help with our luggage. The weather on the day we arrived was quite cold, but inside was cozy and warm and quiet. And we had yummy treats waiting for us at the kitchen table. Perfect for my husband and I

A wonderful stay, as always!
My husband and I always like to stay here when we come up to Maryland. Dora and Nabil are most hospitable while still giving us the utmost privacy. The view of the river is the best!

Excellent Stay
The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Dora and Nabil were so genuinely nice and cordial. We were made to feel at home. We were able to fish at the pier. We caught a few perch and spot. It's early in the year so we didn't expect to catch much more than that. We chose this place because it's 10 minutes from our fishing excursion launched from Kent & Narrows fishing pier. We had excellent fishing there. Such an excellent stay. Would definitely recommend for any couple.

Perfect getaway!
We came for a short weekend to visit our brother-in-law and had a wonderful time. The apartment is cozy and clean and just right for a long weekend. Super great location and beautiful views —highly recommend!

Perfect stay along the Chesapeake
We really enjoyed our stay at Dora and Nabil's place long the Chesapeake Bay. The view across the bay was great both day and night. Dora had nice welcoming touches like homemade pear bread and a bag of chocolate covered almonds. We enjoyed chatting with Nabil. The bed was nice an comfortable. The place was well supplied with the extra things you need when you are away from home. In addition to kayaking in front of the house there were several places within a short driving distance around Kent Island for fishing and kayaking. We took one day to visit historical Annapolis just across the bay from the house. I can recommend this as an excellent place for a couple to spend a few recreational or relaxing days.

The hosts were wonderful, very nice and easy to talk to. found an american legion nearby and enjoyed their company as well.

Gorgeous view
The property was immaculately clean, very cozy, and had the most wonderful view. It was also a great launching point for exploring the area. Ours hosts were very helpful but also respectful of our privacy.

Excellent Direct Waterfront Apartment
This 1 bed/1bath with full kitchen is super sweet and has everything you need. Owner D. is very nice. Neighborhood is very nice. I WILL be going back!
