Due to heating costs, it is an additional $50 charge to heat the jacuzzi. It will stay heated approximately 2 days from one heating. Because Guavaberry is a secure, gated community, we will need the names of your rental group members so we can provide a guest list to security at the front gate. This will enable you to come and go from the community at your leisure. Any approved guests that will be visiting during your stay will also require us to provide their name(s) to the front gate as well. Please keep in mind you are in a beach town on a Caribbean Island so bandwidth and speed expectations should be kept in perspective. For example, it’s great for checking emails and perusing social media, but not so great for streaming videos. As a result of several unauthorized commercial video recordings occurring at the villa, we have installed 4 exterior video cameras for the purpose of avoiding this situation in the future. One camera is pointed at the back door (not the pool area), one of the exterior west side, one is the exterior east side and one is to monitor the front door. Authorized music videos, movies, etc are welcome. We only ask that you please seek the owner's approval first. A 2 day minimum stay is required for rental.
