Enjoy some vacation time in one of five 45 yo + Sun Lakes resort communities! No worries about packing towels or linens - just bring your clothes. Experience what perfect fall weather in AZ is like! Our home is fully furnished with a king size sleep number bed in the master (en suite bathroom) and a queen bed in the guest room. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio. Golf cart included - play a round at one of our 5 golf courses in the Sun Lakes community! Full appliances in the recently updated kitchen plus a stack washer/dryer. Gas grill on the patio. The Sun Lakes community offers many amenities including heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, exercise facilities, restaurants and more. Easy access to Hwy 10; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor or Mesa Gateway airports. Enjoy a taste of what Sun Lakes retirement living is all about! Should you choose to book your stay, we will be in touch with you with a brief rental agreement upon receiving your booking confirmation. (PLEASE NOTE: This home rents out privately for the winter "high" season and is not available through VRBO for January-April.)

We went to Arizona to visit my mother and the house we rented from Cheryl and Mike was perfect. My Mom’s house was only 2 miles away and we had a great visit.
Cheryl and Mike met us at the house and showed us around and how the golf cart worked. The golf cart was a lot of fun. We saw some wonderful sunsets out riding around.
Everything was so nice and comfortable and we would definitely call Cheryl and Mike again when visiting Mom. Thanks for making our trip so nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. I was visiting for cancer treatment and the accommodations had everything I needed, Including the swimming pool which I used daily via the golf cart. The house was very comfortable and provided a wonderful healing environment. Cheryl and Mike were responsive and caring and wonderful. I definitely recommend this property.

We were greeted by Cheryl and she walked us through the home and made sure we knew how to operate the tv, golf cart, etc. It was fabulous to use the provided golf cart to zip up to the pool, clubhouse or restaurant. This place had all the necessities to make our stay wonderful. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Great community and close to everything. Check out Stone and Barrel for great food and view.

This location was perfect for us for our December get away! It was close to my parents' house in Sun Lakes so it was very convenient for visiting them while we were in Arizona. It was great to take advantage of the golf course with the use of the golf cart. We are looking forward to our visit next December.

Waiting for our house to be built we needed a place to stay for 4 weeks. This property is perfect! Great amenities, fun neighborhood and community. Owners Cheryl and Mike are truly wonderful people and they even allowed us to extend our stay a few extra days. Thank you for making a stressful time in our lives actually pleasant and fun!

Great stay
This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this property. The home is clean and comfortable in a great location. Cheryl and Mike are easy to deal with and have taken good care of us on both of our stays. Thanks to their team for a great stay!

Comfortable with attentive hosts
The home was as pictured, spacious, very comfortable and suited our needs well. We both miss the super comfortable king-sized Sleep Number bed. The garage was wonderful to have so we didn't have to get into a hot car every morning and could safely leave some of our items in the garage. Every amenity nearby. We aren't golfers but were close to hiking trails at South Mountain, Flatiron and Picacho Peak. The community was very quiet.
Cheryl and Mike were very pleasant and attentive. The few issues we had were dealt with quickly. We've never had hosts make a point of meeting us, which was nice especially as we got an introduction to the area and how to drive a golf cart.
We'd definitely stay with Cheryl and Mike again.

Owners met us at the the house when we got there. Cheryl and Mike are very nice people. A golf cart was available to us and we used it several times. The house was cozy and ready to go. We look forward to staying there again.

Great property with everything you need
The house is furnished with everything you need from bar soap to golf cart. It’s nice to have so many pool options to go to. The WiFi is great and supported me while working from home during the day. The owners are awesome people and very responsive to questions. They even stopped by to put a screen on the gate so my small dogs couldn’t get out again. I will stay in their property again!

Nice home, great location and wonderful owners.
My wife & I really enjoyed our stay here. Cheryl & Mike & Joe were great to work with. There was an issue with the washing machine and their team made sure we had access to another machine while a new one was ordered and installed. Sun Lakes is an outstanding place to stay. We were busy visiting with family so we were unable to take advantage of all the facilities here. Maybe next trip we can hang out in the clubhouse or at Mulligan's. We did take advantage of the walking paths with our grand-kids taking daily walks. The home was spotless upon are our arrival and has everything you'll ever need during your vacation. Everything was wonderful. The home is very clean, and exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. We grilled on the patio with the nice gas grill, used the golf cart to tour the area and to go to the club house for some wonderful food and pool time. Thank you so much Cheryl for making our visit to Arizona one of the best vacations ever.

It was a great stay! Our host (Joe) took great care of us. He was always quick to respond. For example, the modem for the Wi-Fi went out and Joe came over twice to get it fixed, even on Sunday! We would gladly stay here again!

What you saw in the pictures is what you got. No surprises!
First time staying in a golf retirement community. Loved it.... taking the golf cart to dinner and to the community pool was a treat. Would recommend this place to others!! Everyone was nice and treated me well. Great experience!

Fantastic Place & Great Owners
The house was amazing! Full of everything we needed, convenient to the areas we needed to be in and very, very comfortable. The community pool and other facilities were a real perk and easy to use. The owners were great! Communications was quick and responsive. The whole experience was better than I hoped for, or expected. I will rent this property again when I am visiting the S.E. Phoenix area. The whole experience has changed my view of hotels vs renting a home. This way is much better. It's like I never left home, and the property made the overall business trip a great experience - rather than the usual business grind.

Great place to stay in Sun Lakes
VERY, VERY clean darling home is fashionably furnished, and with all the amenities included. Great location, close to golf, stores, restaurants, ect. The owners are delightful and close by as well as very attentive if needed. Everything with our stay was absolutely “PEFRECT”.
