We created this ultra deluxe suite with your dreams at heart, and then added a few more extra touches. Maid service 3 times per week, except Sunday. An on site concierge to help you with any and all requests. Walk only minutes from your condo to gently rolling surf and white sand beach, the areas finest hotels, and restaurants, night clubs, (live music). Take a romantic stroll or taxi to explore the original authentic Mexican Fishing Village. Meet the friendly locals. Purchase locally made handicrafts for yourself or friends back home. You can stock your kitchen and bar in the colorful Mercado (market where locals shop) or at the one of the two modern super markets. Casa Que Ve al Mar (our condominium site), located in Zihuatanejo, is midway up a gentle slope. Designed and built by Enrique Zozaya, the complex features 2 outdoor infinity swimming pools, lush landscaping, fabulous views over Zihua Bay, exercise room, reserved parking and 24 hour security. Tranquil, naturally beautiful, and convenient. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths - two with king size beds and one with twin beds. Each suite can accommodate from 1 to 6 guests and is priced accordingly. Beautiful property. Great location. Everything was sincerely wonderful. The only piece we weren't prepared for was the kitchen being outdoors; we were there during some warm days. But once we got a little acclimated, it was all good.

We had the privilege of staying at Larry's place for 7 nights last week. My husband, our 5 year old son, and myself had a great stay. The unit was absolutely spotless and beautiful. The pictures dont do it justice. And plenty of space for more people if needed. The staff at the complex are extremely helpful and we felt very safe. We had a great veiw of a few lighting and thunder storms over the bay at night. We were in walking distance of plenty of restaurants and activities. We spent alot of time in the two infinity pools. Larry went above and beyond with a list of restaurants and even helped with some activities. We are hopeful to stay again next year. Thank you for very thing!

This property is exactly as advertised. The condo is very spacious and the housekeeeper keeps it in impeccable condition. I wish we had a "Claudia" back home. The concierge was also extremely helpful when needed. The hike up the driveway was a bit much sometimes for an 80-year-old, but there are lots of taxis readily available to help out when needed. Many wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance or an easy taxi ride away. This was our 10th visit to Zihuatanejo and we have never had a day of rain! The town officials are doing a great job of improving the cleanliness and infrastructure of the area. They were even painting the street light poles while we were there! Overall, a great, relaxing 4 weeks in a beautiful and well-positioned condo.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this unit. It is a very comfortable, relaxing, and extremely well put together home away from home.
The view is outstanding, and setting there in the morning so relaxing and quite.
Security is top notch, and getting around the area is a breeze.
Recommend to anyone staying at one couple or taking two.

Covid shut us down for a few years but we are back. It was wonderful as always and we love the unit and love zihua. We hope to be guests again soon. Thx very much for sharing.!!!

This property is simply amazing. The view is the spectacular and the location is close to Playa Ropa. The kids loved the pool being right outside our door. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing week.

The view and pools were spectacular. It was truly amazing. The distance to the beach was perfect and the walk helped us burn the needed calories to fully enjoy all the great restaurants and ritas!!

Fantastic view of Zihu Bay. The infinity pool just outside the door was great! It was like our own private space. Coffee in the open air porch in the mornings with the surrounding of beautiful flowers and the sounds of crashing waves was so peaceful and relaxing.

This was my first time. Me and two of my girlfriends stayed on a girls getaway. One of my girlfriends this was her second stay and my other girlfriend this was her fifth time to stay in this condo! By far the best location in this complex. I highly recommend it and we plan on coming back!

Great property overlooking Zihautanejo Bay
This property has amazing views. It's a 5 min walk to Playa La Ropa and restaurants. Downtown Zihautanejo is a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. The unit is very clean and spacious. There are AC units in the bedrooms. Owners are very responsive. Overall a great property and look forward to staying again.

Superb vacation condo in Zwat
This was our second stay in this wonderful condo unit. It is the best unit in the complex just steps to two infinity pools and with great views from the patio kitchen/dining area as well as the pools. The two bedroom two bath unit is air-conditioned and very clean and comfortable. The Staff at reception and all the support staff were very friendly and helpful. They are readily available and always eager to help. Highly recommend this as a fun property, a great stay and a convenient location to all area amenities and restaurants.

Amazing beautiful condo!
Larry’s condo is by far the best located place in this beautiful complex! Literally open your door and the smaller of the two infinity pools is right outside your door! The complex has gorgeous gardens which are lovingly cared for ! We even spotted the “resident “ Iguana ! It is very very quiet - and very much adult oriented ! But being so close to the ocean you and your family can just walk to the beautiful La Ropa Beach ( less than a ten minute walk) ! Also lots of restaurants close by too ! La Perla was one of our favourites! The condo itself is spectacular! Beautiful space , cooking in the extremely well equipped open air kitchen with the breeze coming in - and the views !!! Fantastic maid service every couple of days was such a treat . We loved every moment of our 10 day stay! Larry was truly wonderful to deal with - any questions I had prior to heading to Zihuatanejo were always quickly answered - he truly cares about your stay! Thank you Larry ! We will be back. La Casa Que Ve Al Mar - unit 201
Bar none the best unit in the building! Only a few steps to the pool on the main level it is so handy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The most spectacular views imaginable! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The only drawback is the steep climb back up the driveway in the heat but cabs are plentiful and super cheap. 50-60 peso anywhere in town.👍🏼

Stayed at this beautiful condo for 1 week which was not enough! Condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The condo was more beautiful than the pictures and extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all the gecko friends who visited as well. Having the pool steps from the condo felt like our own private pool and it mostly was as most of the people went to the other pool. La Casa Que Ve Al Mar is a gorgeous complex, immaculately well kept and you can see the pride in ownership. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous though when making breakfast you did need the bug spray that we left! Did not want to leave! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us and it was made more special by my son proposing to his girlfriend on the beach!!

Spent a great week in Zihuatanejo. Beautiful property, well maintained. Five minute walk to Playa La Ropa and a taxi stand. Staff was always present and friendly. We highly recommend this property.

Extraordinary rental
My family and I loved this place! The unit was top notch and the decor was very professional, felt like it was a show house.
We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s with my kids competing all over. This ranks as number #1 of my stays.
Location is good with public beach very close and good restaurants walking distance. Loved it so much looking at other units in same complex to buy

The owners really put this place together very nicely, it's well designed and beautifully decorated.Because we used to be owners in the same building, we've seen many of the condos here and I have to say this is one of the best!

Fabulous!
We very much enjoyed our stay. This is a very large unit with a terrific view. Loved the outdoor kitchen and large terrace and proximity to the pool. The rooms are a good size. Since there were only 2 of us, We did not use the media room, but it is very convenient to have an extra room if people need to have some “private” time or want to watch television. Only cons were one area of the terrace does not have a shade and the afternoon sun can be too strong to use the kitchen until after sun down. There was also a small leak in the second bathroom, which the owner addressed hiring multiple plumbers, etc. but unfortunately could not be resolved. I am sure he will have this fixed. The owner is very attentive. He also supplies all the filtered water. This may not seem a big issue, but given that it is so inexpensive, it surprises me that some of the other owners here do not supply the filtered water as a simple courtesy. The cleaning lady is superb! Claudia comes 3 times per week and is great. The unit is nicely decorated and well equipped for any needs. The electric orange juice squeezer was a joy to use instead of hand squeezing all those oranges. The walk down to the beach is easy. The uphill walk back a bit more difficult. This may seem strange to do for such a short distance, but many people just take a taxi, since it is only 50 pesos. Walking into town or to the Mercado was easy and fun and great exercise. We had a wonderful time and plan to be here again.

Breathtaking views
From the moment we walked in, we were in complete awe. The views from the terrace are spectacular. At night you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks, we were very relaxed and really didn't want to leave. Everything was perfect and we have no complaints at all.

Great Unit in a great complex!
We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was great. We have stayed in Zihua a few times, and we both believe that this unit was the best one we stayed at. I am looking forward to our next trip back!

We loved it!
It is a beautiful house with great view, everything worked perfect. We really loved staying here and I definitely recommend it. It is important to know there are some steps (around 15) to get into the house but it is really lovely.
