Situated in Fraser, this attractive house for $394 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Winter Park Short-Term Rental Registration No. 003378 Minimum stays (3 - 5 nights) are required during holidays and high seasons/ festivals throughout the year. One night stays are only considered. Please inquire with your dates before booking if you are unsure! This private home located in the Elk Run Subdivision (just up Vasquez Road) is perfect for your vacation to the Rocky Mountains. Park your car in the garage and take the shuttle to the slopes. The lowest level of the home is perfect for entertaining as it contains a new flat screen TV, pool table, large love seat and sofa. A full bath services this level and the lower level bedroom which contains a twin-size bed over a full-size bed. The outdoor hot tub is accessed through this level as well. On the main level you will find the large, modern kitchen with eat in dining room. The table is large enough to seat 8 to 10 people. Just out the dining room door to the deck is a stainless natural gas grill. The main living area is located on this level as is a half bath and pull-out sofa. Another large flat screen TV is provided. Beautiful hardwood floors have been installed throughout. Oh, the laundry room is on this level near the entry way and you can access the internet here as well. Finally, the upper level has three more bedrooms each with queen beds and TV's. The master bath contains double sinks, a jetted hot tub and shower. Another full bathroom is located in the hall to service the other two bedrooms. **The quiet hours for the town of Winter Park are from 10 pm to 7 am. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Fines start at $1500.00 per occurrence. ' Per the Rules and Regulations, during quiet times, no activity (including voices, music or other sounds) is permitted on any Lot, or any of the Common Properties, that can be heard by a person with normal hearing on any Lot which is a part of the Association.' This being said there should be no hot tub use after 10 pm due to the nature of the noise which occurs while using the hot tub. Please call or e-mail Becky and Jim. Thanks! It was perfect for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids). The bus came almost right up to the door to pick us up in the morning and dropped us off at night. Highly recommend!

Stunning condo, well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent games room and relaxing hot tub, all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Convenient for “the Lift”, free ski bus. We would definitely love to return!

This house was perfect for a multi family ski getaway. There was plenty of room for adults and teens. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. Soaking in the hot tub was a plus and felt good on sore muscles. The location was perfect. It was close to town and a shuttle stop to the ski resort was right up the street. Highly recommend!

House is well suited for multiple people. The overall layout with 3 floors is well designed and flows nicely for large family. It is fully stocked with all accessories needed. Only had to purchase our food. Fully stocked kitchen was very convenient for meal prep. Location is ideal for quick access to town and ski resort. "Lift" bus stop just steps away. Highly recommend this property.

We had the best Christmas staying here in winterpark! Would definitely recommend 10/10. Great for large groups or families, plenty of room for everyone. Games were fun for the whole family and the hot tub was perfect for after the slopes. Can’t beat the location and the bus stop was right outside. We even saw a moose!! Excellent host, house had everything for cooking and the washer and dryer for mid trip clothes washing.

This Vrbo was everything we hoped for and more. The interior of the house way very impressive and 3 stories was perfect for our party of 12 when it came to sleeping arrangements and just hanging out. The wraparound porches on the exterior of the building provide a fantastic view of the surrounding area and the whole place has a nice secluded feel to it. All for an affordable price that is tough to find in the area around WP. Did I mention it’s only 10 minutes from the ski resort? Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is very roomy. Plenty of space for our group. The house was very clean . There was plenty of supply’s such as trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. We had a lot of snow during our stay and I was worried we would have to shovel the drive way. Well to my surprise the property has a plowing service. We woke up the next morning and the driveway was clear! That’s a big plus. Being from south Louisiana and not having snowy weather I get up in the morning open everything up and it stays like that all day. Well I didn’t realize or think about the cold weather so the first few days I left the garage door open since we were in and out. So a little tip if it’s in the middle of winter keep garage closed lol. We enjoyed the pool table games and hot tub. There are games at the house so we enjoyed playing them at night. It also has a nice BBQ pit that we used a few times. The bus stop is a very short walk from the property so for us skiers it was very convenient. The property had some updates since our last stay and they did a nice job. We will be booking again in the future. If you like a house experience with a yard to play in the snow and sled down the hill you will enjoy this home. We have stayed in the village before and it is convenient but prefer the home setting better. Thanks for another great vacay experience!

We had a group of 12 friends stay here for the New Years weekend and it was perfect. Quick access to town and the ski slopes using the free Lift bus. Had everything we needed!

This is the second year in a row our family has had the opportunity to enjoy this house in Winter Park. We have loved every minute of it! The house is perfect for different age levels to allow everyone to have their own quiet time and activities. Beautiful home!

The location and property were great. Some updating needs to be done for electrical plugs. Housekeeping left towels in dryer. Windows weren’t cleaned. Toilets didn’t flush well and several ran after flushing. We ran out of kitchen trash bags. Dishwasher hadn’t been emptied but had been run. Thermostat downstairs was hard to figure out. Need better instructions on that. Would like to have TBS channel added so the men could watch the baseball playoffs. Light bulb in bedroom had to be replaced. Overall great place to stay but better housekeeping a must. Would recommend to others but little details need to be tended to. Thank you!!

The checkin process went very smoothly . We especially liked the hot tub, air hockey game and the quiet neighborhood for evening walks with the grandkids as they road their scooters . The kitchen was well stocked and the only thing we missed was a pancake griddle . We loved the close proximity to all the area activities. Would recommend this property.

Our party was comprised of 2 families, 9 people total. The layout was perfect for our group. The owners left plenty of towels and allowed guests to leave condiments in the refrigerator for guests to share their extras with the next guests, which was very nice! The neighborhood is just above downtown Winter Park and very convenient to pick up rentals from Christy Sports. We skied at Winter Park and Granby (which was about 20-25 mins drive). We would highly recommend staying in this home.
