Located in Blue Gulf Beach, this lovely condo for $361 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Your family has found its perfect beach getaway! Just step outside your spacious corner condo to the pool or walk a short distance to the private Adagio beach. YFAB's luxury condo has high end bedding, 100% cotton sheets and towels. -The master bedroom with KING size bed and private bathroom with jetted tub, double sinks and large shower. - Second bedroom with king size bed and adjoining bathroom that also opens to the hall. -Third bedroom has two full size beds and private bathroom with shower/tub combination. - Bonus bunk room just off of the kitchen! All beds are equipped with 100% cotton sheets and high end mattresses. Each bathroom has 100% cotton towels, hair dryer, hand soaps, shower soaps and starter supplies of paper goods. The kitchen is outfitted for the most discerning of chefs - and you will find it well equipped with everything your family needs to enjoy it's beach vacation. Regular and Keurig coffee makers, blender, food processor, four slice toaster and toaster oven to just name a few appliances! NEW oven in 2022! - Relax on the spacious sectional couch while you enjoy the 46" Smart TV. - Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and Simmons Beautyrest Plush Firm mattresses. - Full size large capacity washer/dryer plus ironing board, iron and drying rack. YFAB also includes laundry detergent. Adagio has its own gym, hot tub, two pools (gulf front pool is heated in the winter) and is gated for your security. Just outside the gate is a twenty-mile biking/walking trail. Your Friend at The Beach provides two free bike rentals , so you can explore everything the exciting 30A area has to offer in nearby Seaside, Watercolor and all of 30A's unique seaside villages. No high rises allowed on Thirty- A - so you don't have to worry about long lines of traffic Adagio E 101 is located in the E building on the southern side next to D building. It's corner location looks out on the pool and green space. Parking for two vehicles only (limit of eight people per condo per HOA rules). On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups. Please read our reviews on VRBO/Homeaway because all reviews that we receive are posted - not just the five star ones! VRBO wisely insists that we post all reviews - or none at all. Beach chair service is available (March - October) but is not included in rental rate. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas but the area available to set up your own beach chairs is limited. RESTRICTIONS: No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's, propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio. Please no tents or canopies permitted on the beach per HOA. Only two cars permitted per condo. - Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by manager. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost.

All were awesome. Renting any condo from Your Friends at the Beach is always an excellent stay... they are clean, stocked, up to date condos. We even met the owners of the condo we stayed in and were super nice and welcoming as well. Gorgeous weather and always love the beach and pool. We have been going to Adagio for 15 years and absolutely love it.

The condo was great! The pictures are very accurate and the kitchen is very well equipped. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week which is very helpful because of the steep stairs. Great communication with the agency and a wonderful welcome with wine, beach towel and pool cups. We’ll be back!!

This property is in the perfect location where it is not packed with people, yet close enough to everything that you would want or need. We were looking for an easy place to get into and out of on the first floor, no hassle to the beach or pool, nice and updated and enough room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we found the right place. It is stocked very well, that you don’t need to bring things that you normally do like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, coffee filters etc... before we arrived, I inquired about a tea kettle and they actually went and bought a new electric one that was waiting for us when we arrived! We used it a lot for our coffee press and teas. Our kids were relaxed and off pf their phones- swimming, biking and enjoying the beach. It is also so close to restaurants and ice cream, that we could walk. We only got in the car a couple of times to run errands, but other than that, we could have stayed longer than a week and just relaxed more! I would stay here again without hesitation. It was the exact property that I have been seeking after years of experience in 30A learning what we like and don’t like.

Had a great time as expected. Disappointed with the beach this time due to the increase in umbrella/chairs. Three rows of them bit too much and overcrowds the beach experience. The staff and of course Nancy and Tori are awesome.

May 2021 Stay
One of the most beautiful condos we’ve stayed in (and we come to Santa Rosa often) with great access to the beach and pools. It had very comfortable beds and was stocked with everything you’d need. We always had quick responses to every question and they were very easy to work with!
Only issues we had were:
-the oven/stove not working properly. (I have dietary issues so I need a working kitchen and cooking was difficult. They said the part to fix it wasn’t in yet.)
-there were roaches (they did send exterminators after we left)
These 2 things would be something I’d want to know about when looking for a condo for a week!

Perfect for our family
We spent fall break here - the condo was beautiful and we loved the location. The nice walk out patio overlooked the pool and we ate lunch out there every day. The Adagio is a great complex for families - several other families we knew were there and all the kids enjoyed each other and could run back and forth to the pool and beach and condos. Great vacation!

We appreciated that. We even bought a few new things and added them to the collection (paying it forward). Hope that the next guests enjoy them as much as we did. Thanks for a great stay. Very pleased with the management company. (It's the best one we've used in 5 years.) We emailed requesting some mixing bowls for kitchen and had them in less than 24 hours. They called and texted us to let us know we could get in early since the previous renters left a day early.
The carpets and tile were cleaned the day we arrived. I'm sure it's a hassle planning maintenance when the season is so long. It's nice to have clean carpets, but it caused such a moisture issue for the first 4 days we were there. All our clothes seemed damp from the extra humidity.
Loved having an ice maker separate from the refrigerator. I think we will forever be spoiled!! Really liked the beach and different pool choices we had at the Adagio. Lots of space. Feels like an all-inclusive without the pool boy!

We love, love, love this condo! Also, the YFAB staff is super helpful. Our accommodations were amazing! I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
The only thing I would improve is that the grill by the E building appears to be broken. The thermometer doesn’t work and the flames are high in the back and the charcoal grill is not large enough.
