Loved being in Silverstar and staying at Bill’s home for the week. The accommodation is perfect for our multi generational family of 11. The home is extremely well situated for ski in - ski out and we were able to cook all meals in as the kitchen and dining area are large and well stocked. The owner Bill, was most accommodating in providing a pack and play, a sled for the infant, and a new coffee maker as needed. The skiing was wonderful and the family time invaluable. We will be back next year.

We had an amazing ski trip for seven friends/couples and this property was perfect for all our needs! Bill was great at responding to all queries and check-in was very easy. House is well furnished with everything you will need, and well situated for ski-in and ski-out for every ski ability.

Booked this place last minute as the accommodation we had booked was not quite as expected. One of the nicest places we have stayed in very well appointed with plenty of space and great for ski in ski out.

We had three families (10 people) and although we've been coming to Silver Star for twelve years now, this was by far the best place we've stayed.

This was a great house for a group of 8 skiers. Even had extra friends drop in for dinner. Well set out, plenty of space. Everything you could want for a great ski holiday at SilverStar. Loved the large mud room for drying boots, skis etc.

Our family just returned from a stay at this wonderful home in Silver Star, and just as in years past we absolutely love staying at this particular home. The owner is excellent at communication, the home is perfect for our family of 2 grandparents, 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, and the outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to spend time together after a day on the slopes. We couldn’t recommend this property more!

Great owner, great accommodations. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and two grandchildren. The house is well equipped with all the essentials to meet the capacity of the house. The following is meant to be additional information for others, not as criticism. But for one detail, we would have given 5 stars in every category. For accuracy and location, we gave 4 stars because the ski in/ski out designation requires a little more detail. Access to the village for beginners (whether children or adults) is a bit challenging. Access to the village requires skiing to the Comet chair (which is a bit challenging for beginners) or via a cat track that is fairly flat (tough for the snowboarders in our group). We never used the shuttle, but we saw many people utilize that option. For us, it was better to drive the grandchildren to the village. As for the return to the house, access is via the Silver Queen chair which requires getting over to or being at the Alpine Meadows chair before the main mountain lifts stop. The Silver Queen chair operates until 3:45. One evening, we sent one skier back to grab the SUV, while the rest stayed in the village for a beer/soda. We have stayed and skied a number of times at Silver Star, Sun Peaks, Big White and other places and still find Silver Star our favorite and this house great!!
