Situated in Grace Bay, this attractive condo for $143 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished one bedroom, one bath. This spacious one bedroom is situated in the residential area of Leeward Palms. The Leeward Palms community is conveniently located 10 mins (or less) from the Grace Bay Area in an enclosed yard. The community is mainly made up of working professionals, so it lends itself to being very tranquil and peaceful. However, it also allows you to mingle with the residents and get an authentic TCI experience. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, Queen bed, a twin bed, a/c in bedroom and living area. There are two smart televisions and wifi available as well. As a gentle reminder, utilities are super expensive on island, so we ask that you be mindful of this and turn off lights, water, a/c and all appliances when not in use. The apartment is on the second level of our family home with its own private entrance. The apartment has everything to make this feel like you home away from home. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed that's comfortable and inviting after a long day of exploring. There's an additional twin bed, in another room, along with a blow up twin sized bed which allows for two more persons. *Please note: there is an additional charge of $25/night for three or more persons. Also provided for your enjoyment, are beach chairs, a blow dryer, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you may need to prepare a scrumptious dinner...stove and oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, dishwasher, pots and pans and an outdoor grill. There's also a washer and dryer combo on the outside. We highly recommend renting a car, but if you don't, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and sightseeing on the bicycles provided for your enjoyment. Due to our close proximity to Grace Bay, there are multiple restaurants, shops and spas close by. Walking or using a taxi are also options for transportation. However, taxis are usually pretty expensive. If you choose to walk, getting to the "heart" go Grace Bay is no more than 3 miles walking distance. There are supermarkets close by, but you are encourage to bring any specialty food items you particularly enjoy. We value your privacy very much, so we will be here to welcome you and get you settled. After that, we're just a phone call away. A cleaner will come in to clean after checkout; however, we ask that you try to clean up behind yourself to avoid insects and rodents. For guests staying longer than 7 days, there will be a mid-week light cleaning (take out garbage and change of linens and towels). Finally, we ask that you respect our property as you would you own. No large, loud house parties. No smoking. Do not leave wet clothes and towels on the furniture. Do not sleep on the sheets and pillow cases in makeup.

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed to have a pleasant stay for the seven nights we spent there. I was very thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella! The location was great, close to the beach , to the grocery store and to the restaurants in the area, our favorite was the Thai Orchid very delicious food.Tamika told us about the Fish fry on Thursday, we enjoyed it we had a great time. There’s a gate to enter the property it makes you feel safe and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. If we return to the Island we will rent this place again. Thanks Tamika!

We found the property to be as advertised. Very clean and a nice location. Easy to get to and a very short drive to the beautiful Leeward Beach. Tamika was extremely nice, very helpful and we enjoyed getting to know her. We would stay here again.

Hanfield’s Hideaway was perfect for our family of 3. We loved the location as it was just a few minutes to grace bay and even closer to leeward beach which was one of our favorites on the island - and one of the best places we found to watch the sunset. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Tamika was even kind enough to set up a pack n play for our little one. She checked in just the right amount and it feels completely separate from the main house.

The location was perfect! Pelican Beach was about 5 minutes away and Grace Bay Beach was about 10 minutes away. Tameka was very responsive with any questions I had. The place was perfect for us! The security gate gave us extra safety not that we ever felt we needed it. The only thing I would change was that when we arrived the AC wasn’t on and it was extremely hot! After a long day of flying it would have been nice to walk into a cool place. We left to go find some dinner since we arrived late and it cooled off within a couple hours. Also, you are required to turn it off while you aren’t there (I wasn’t aware of that til I got there) but it was never a problem for us. By the time we got home it would take only about 15 minutes to cool off. I understand like everything in Turks and Caicos energy is expensive so I didn’t mind. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very clean space with loads of room. The Handfield’s are very hospitable and helpful from telling me about all the local restaurants and grocery store to the beaches and things to do. The space was very clean with everything working.

Wowww what a great stay at Tamika’s place . We felt in security in this beautiful place . The owner is always there when we need something and let us felt very comfortable. The house is near the beaches less then 5min driving . Very friendly we will definetly go back to this place. I would give a 5 stars to all the points

5 stars to the owners who are great people to talk to. Had conveniences of home and quick access to beautiful Grace Bay. Safe neighborhood 😎 Cute place to lay your head and take shower and relax before the next full day of adventure and exploring. Would stay here again. Tamika even brought us a lil Valentine's Day bag of goodies. Thank you so much to both of you🤗

Enjoyed my stay immensely. Found myself eager to get back and relax from the busy day of sun and funning. There are tons of dogs in the neighborhood so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Will def stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Tamika’s place. Everything was super clean and Tamika was very helpful with all questions we had. The apartment comfortably suits 3 adults, as it has a large bed in the bedroom and a comfortable twin bed in a corner of the large hallway. Everything you need is provided, from pots, pans, silverware, plates etc and even some water/coffee/sodas were provided by Tamika. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend Tamikas place. Thanks a lot!

Tamika's house is located in the Leeward Palms area. Which is super close to the world famous Grace bay, without being too close - it's just a 15-20 min walk to Grace Bay beaches. The property has bikes available for guests, a furnished kitchen (a very cute dining set :)), linens, beach towels and a much needed beach umbrella! Tamika is super easy going and friendly, and will quickly answer to all of your needs. What else can I say, get your place, sit back and soak in the beautiful Turks and Caicos as much as you can! Thank you Tamika!
