About this cabin rental
The Eagle's Nest is the perfect, romantic getaway. It offers the ultimate in relaxation, while you sit back and enjoy the crackling of the fireplace, or enjoying a glass of wine while soaking in your private hot tub overlooking Shuswap Lake.
Slightly tucked away in the forest, hidden from the road, you can sit and enjoy the stunning views from every room of the cabin.
Our cozy cabin backs onto crown land so there is plenty of walking and hiking trails to be found, yet only a quick 6 minute drive to the town centre. Our beautiful and modern log home overlooks Shuswap Lake and Crowfoot mountain. We're very pet friendly so please bring your fur baby with you! The cabin has a brand new, cozy, log burning fireplace, an antique soaker tub, flat screen tv with Netflix, outdoor BBQ, outdoor smoker, a large fire pit with seating, games, extra blankets for those chilli nights, and of course a fully stocked kitchen!
We will email you with check in instructions after booking. If you're accessing our property in the winter time please be aware that it's quite a steep driveway and a truck or car with good winter tires is needed.
Just a short walk or drive down to a small, private beach, with kayaks to enjoy a paddle on the lake. *please note* This is a shared beach with other guests. During high water (usually from mid June to mid July) there is most likely no beach (unfortunately many beaches in the Shuswap disappear during this time as well.

We had an amazing time! The cabin is beautiful with stunning views! Enjoyed hawks dancing, frogs hopping and the Robin nest just outside our window. Highly recommend this cabin for your stay in the area.

This property is a little piece of paradise! Leigh had made the cabin so welcoming that from the moment we stepped through the front door we felt at home. Everything you could need is provided which leaves you free to just sit and take in the stunning beauty of the views across the lake. We were particularly pleased with Leigh's gracious accommodation of our special request; all of us had a wonderful time. My dog Ru was delirious with happiness to find that the lake was just a short walk down the hill from the cabin; her passion is swimming! We cannot recommend this beautiful property highly enough and look forward to a return visit.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Eagle's Nest this summer. The views of Shuswap Lake from all of the windows at the front of the cabin are serene and breathtaking. A perfect setting whether you're chilling out on the front deck (very spacious), in the hot tub, or around the fire pit. The cabin is well stocked with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big bonus is the smoker - - hadn't used one before, but friends who came over for dinner one evening raved about the smoked chicken we made on it. Needless to say, I'm now in the market for a smoker. :)Leigh has carved out a lovely private beach with a dock just down from the property. The four kayaks were a huge hit with my daughter (11) and son (14). Nobody stayed dry... Leigh was very responsive to any inquiries we had during our stay. She was a fantastic host.We highly recommend Eagle's Nest, and look forward to returning there soon.
