Nestled in Boulder, this charming condo for $158 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our lovely pet free, no stairs, 1200 sf garden level apartment located on the East side of Boulder has spectacular views of Boulder and the Rocky Mountain Continental divide. Our totally separate apartment (not shared with anyone) has an open dining, living and full kitchen that bring the outdoors in, are a compliment to the large bedrooms with one king and two twin beds. No stairs at the entry, a one level layout and wide doorways lend itself to being wheelchair accessible, but counter/sink heights are not ADA compliant. It is totally private with its own entrance, off street parking, heating, AC system, Wifi, full size laundry, BBQ, outside table/chairs with view of Boulder and the Rockies. We have lived in Colorado most of our lives and are very willing to share with you information on points of interest in and around Boulder and Colorado. We are avid hikers, down-hill and skiers and cyclists. Boulder City has E Bikes for rent to use on it 300 miles (75 miles off road) of bicycle lanes and multi-use paths are available to enjoy. Walking the foothills and prairie opens views to birds, evergreen trees or rock climbers. find dry, world class snow at ski areas within 45 minutes to 1.25 hours drive from Boulder. We enjoyed our time at Carol and Reed’s property while exploring the surrounding area. It was a very comfortable place - had a fully stocked kitchen to cook quick meals, 2 bedrooms, an attached bath to the master, a nice back and front porch and beautiful views of the mountains. It snowed the day before we arrived so they shoveled our parking space. Also Carol was so nice to provide a booster seat and lots of toys/books for our 2 year old to stay busy. We enjoyed seeing all the sights of the area and having a comfortable home base to return to for the evenings. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Hosts were gracious and very accommodating. Great communication with them! Pictures are accurate where place is somewhat dated but clean. However, seems to have a broken pipe under ground which creates damp carpeting in the bathroom causing a musty smell. Hosts are aware and report they are taking care of it. Hopefully won’t be an issue going forward. Enjoy.

Our stay in Boulder was amazing. The VRBO was a great size, very clean and quiet. It’s location was perfect ..just 5-10 minutes to everything. The hosts were lovely. I will recommend this place to everyone

We had a great stay. The accommodations were comfortable, close to everything we needed and Reed and Carole were thoughtful hosts. They provided a wealth of information. We added the Carousel of Happiness and Kathmandu restaurant in Nederland to our trip based on their recommendation and it was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

It was truly a wonderful experience for our week + in Boulder. Every amenity is anticipated for a delightful home stay. If you need it, it's there. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to highways/town, shopping/dining or just relax for a while in a comfortable home. Walk out garden level with no stairs from your car park spot.

Can not recommend this charming place ent! First, Reed and Carol are very friendly and accommodating. The place of clean, beautiful grinds and view. Perfect location for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. The place was outfitted with everything you could ever. We hope to be back!

This property is very comfortable with a very nice living room which overlooks a heated birdbath in the winter! So much fun to watch the bluejays, robins, junkos, use it. You are also able to see the mountains in the distance, from the living room. Nice neighborhood, able to take walks from the property. Beds were comfortable, the flow of the layout worked very well for us. Loved having the washer/dryer. Kitchen is set up with what one needs. It fit our needs for breakfast and lunch, coffee, tea, etc. and take-in or eat out dinners. The owners were very nice, accommodating and very fast to respond. Would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at Ridglea for a month. The experience was lovely. The property is everything and more stated in the description. It has stunning views, a locked sunroom off the living room, and wildlife (birds, bunnies, squirrels) to enjoy from the living room window. The property is quiet and restful with plenty of light. It is fully equipped and centrally located between Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville. There are hiking trails nearby. Our only regret is that we were not staying there during the summer to access the numerous bike paths. Maybe next year!!! We can't thank our hosts enough. They were accessible, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Clean, nice, nice view, nice owners. Short hike and jogging possible directly from house. Near bike path, near public transport (2 frequently served bus lines). Nearest food store about 1.5 miles.

This is a lovely property, perfectly situated in a quiet, tranquil residential Boulder neighborhood. Minutes away from downtown, the UC Boulder campus, and jumping off point to nearby Flagstaff Mtn, Chautauqua Park (one of 3 remaining in the US) & Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park. The accommodation was pristine, comfortable and had everything we needed for our long week-end stay. We'd definitely recommend.

Beds were comfortable & nice to have washer dryer. Good location.. This is a basement entrance off a gravel driveway which makes it very dusty. Allergy issues here. Sofa is falling apart & uncomfortable.. no clocks! Bathroom was not sanitized before we arrived. We purchased antibacterial cleaner & scrubbed. A professional cleaning is much needed. The whole bathroom .including around the tub. Is carpeted. The tub has mold & mildew & is difficult to step in & out. Curtains dirty. Mouse droppings in kitchen drawer we cleaned out. This apartment badly needs an overhaul. Subwoofer pounding from upstairs. Won't return.

Loved staying at this place with a beautiful view of the front range. Apt. was very comfortable for three people - we enjoyed sitting outside near the pond, and appreciated the location being between Boulder and Louisville. Hosts Carol and Reed were very responsive with any questions we had, and it was super easy to check in. It was a great place to stay! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Reed and Carol's place! The trip was my daughter and I having an indulgent vacation...in that we did all and only our favorite things. Reed was great to let us check in a little early and was fast to answer any requests or questions we had (which were few...) He gave me a small info discussion about Colorado and again, everything about the unit and them as hosts were perfectly perfect. If you want a very spacious and well kept unit that you can park 10 steps away from the door and there are no stairs...stay at Reed and Carol's.
