Lovely Clear Creek borders the property as it flows into Lake Georgetown. The condo has two private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The master is furnished with a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be put together to form a queen if desired. The sofa sleeper in the living room is also a queen size bed. All of the beds have memory foam mattresses and pillows for your comfort. There is a full bathroom, a full kitchen and dining area equipped for up to 6 people (maximum of 4 adults per Georgetown Short Term Rental Ordinance) along with a full bathroom. For those with little ones, there is a pack-n-play crib and a high chair in the unit. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
