About this house rental
Located close to town, on bike bath, and in the desirable Monomoy / Polpis area of the Island. The main house ("Fair Winds") is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Upside Down Style House (3,210 sq. ft.) The 2nd floor extends outdoors with two decks that overlook the property - perfect for alfresco dining, and offer a prime viewing location for the majestic Nantucket sunsets. Underneath, the master bedroom has a private deck made for enjoying the Sunday paper with a morning coffee.There is an additional deck off the back and a new, oversized outdoor shower.
In the cottage ("Following Seas"), there is a 2nd floor guest studio (760 sq. ft.) with its own bath over a 2-car garage. The studio also has a sun deck that overlooks the property. Below, there is a large, private lawn ample enough for games, and has outdoor seating and a fire pit.
This is an **upside-down house**, with the main living areas like kitchen, dinning and living room located on the upper floor to maximize the views and natural light. It is a refined, high-end property featuring custom banisters, premium furnishings, fine porcelain china, quality cutlery, and luxury kitchen appliances, including the coffee machine, toaster, and other top-brand equipment.
Because of the quality and value of the home's furnishings and finishes, we kindly ask that you confirm you have purchased the **$5,000 Property Damage Protection** offered through VRBO. This coverage helps protect both you and the property in the event of accidental damage during your stay.
Moors End is a cul-de-sac. There is a large, private landscaped lot behind a mature privet and a circular, shell driveway entrance giving the whole property even greater privacy.

The home is everything it was advertised. Clean, up-to-date, tastefully decorated and well maintained.

Beautiful house! The property is clean and spacious, easily fitting our group for the weekend. The check-in process was very easy with the caretaker, and he even dropped off an extra propane tank when we mentioned it was low. The location directly on the Polpis bike path was perfect for renting bikes and being able to see the whole island. We would love to return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful house!! The house is beautiful and the owner Luci went above and beyond to communicate before the trip. The caretaker Russell was there to greet us when we arrived, answer any questions and show us the beautiful property. The house is modern and sunny and decorated beautifully. Beds are comfortable and all of the bathrooms are pretty marble and modern. It was our home away from home! We plan to return next summer!
