Nestled in Atascadero, this charming house for $395 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Ranch style home ideally located in California’s Central Coast Wine Region, just minutes to wineries, and 20 minutes to the coast and San Luis Obispo, one hour to Hearst Castle. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a half-acre lot with large patio, pool, BBQ and ping pong. Spacious three-bedroom home with two queen beds and one king bed. Two full bathrooms, large covered patio with gas BBQ and ping pong table, and darts. Beautiful pool area to cool off in or sit back and relax next to the pool after a day of wine tasting and enjoy the sunset. Large yard with lots of trees to relax in. Our resident cat Molly will be here to greet you.

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Jill and John are excellent hosts who quickly answered our questions and made us feel very welcome. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, so it was peaceful and yet close to everything we needed. This house was better-stocked than any I've ever stayed in. The pool is great--big and so clean. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio reading (and me with a lapful of sweet Molly, our resident Tabby) watching some unusual and very welcome rain. Every aspect of this rental is 5-star. I hope that we will be able to come back. Thank you, Jill and John!

Our family & I had a very enjoyable stay! I only wished it were longer. Molly the cat was so sweet & became a friend to our two young children.
My only critique is that the listing needs some updated photos that showcase some more of the house, like the master bathroom & bedrooms. But the beds were comfortable, the showers were wonderful, it was well stocked & everything was clean & welcoming. Thanks so much!

We are feeling that we were at the top of our luck when we found this house. So wonderful! Beautiful, spacious, very clean, great comfortable layout, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and large backyard, amazing clean well-kept pool. Lots of pool toys, ping pong table, other games available for guests. Kids were thrilled! Resident kitty Molly was a highlight of the trip for our kids especially :) House is very close to grocery (trader joes), many Paso Robles and SLO attractions. In the heart of wine country. Check in and check out were a breeze – super easy, no hassle. Our hosts Jill and John are amazing, very helpful, responding in seconds! Loved our trip and so looking forward to coming back next season :) Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!

Best family vacation ever!
Wow! This property is well kept and loved! Perfect layout for a family, rooms comfy and large, kitchen easy to use, plenty of room for the family to relax together, pool just the right temperature, ping pong table so fun to create laughter and memories with the kids!
Very conveniently located to Atascadero zoo, Cambria, and Morro bay. We enjoyed Covell’s Clydesdale trail ride in Cambria, walked the shops in Morro bay and greatly enjoyed Morro rock and beach.
We spent a lot of family time at the house with my girls grandparents and my kids 14 and 10 did not want to leave. We loved Molly the resident cat, she was easy and friendly. My girls are already asking when we can go back.
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we created some beautiful family memories that I will always cherish! Hoping to stay again in the future!

Nice home and sweet cat
We had a great time and the owners were responsive but I was a bit disappointed that one of the sliding doors to the house did not lock. This made me uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice weekend.

Wonderful Home for Families
We had the best time! The house is spacious as well as the property itself. The pool was so refreshing and all the games were a bonus and we all enjoyed them. We will be back for a longer stay next time. Jill is the best!! P. S. Molly the Cat is awesome!!

This is a great place to stay for rest and relaxation. The property is so quiet and tucked away. The pool is AWESOME - perfect temperature, so much fun. The kids loved the ping pong and bumper pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'd need. Lots of fluffy beach towels at the ready. Molly the cat is super sweet - the kids loved her visits. We had a great time "stay cationing" at this house! Great location as well.

The property in Atascadero is located on a very quiet cul de sac with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed swimming in their pool, playing ping pong/bumper pool and playing with their sweet cat, Molly. The house was well-stocked and we so appreciated the delicious bottle of Pinot Noir. Would definitely return again!

Family getaway
We had a great time at this house. It was 6 of us - my husband, myself, our daughters (8 and 10 years old), my mom and stepdad. We loved hanging out at the pool, playing ping pong and bumper pool, using the BBQ, and playing with the cat Molly. Even though we couldn't explore the area while we were there (Covid-19 times), the location was great. We're already planning another trip to this house and hoping to visit some wineries and the beach.

Nice Short Stay
Rented the property for the weekend. Nice clean property ave the description is on point. Kurds had fun playing ping pong and we had a nice relaxing time.
Jill was very responsive throughout the process ave during our stay there. Would be great fun to visit in the summers to take advantage of the swimming pool. Highly recommended.
