In a semi-rural setting with lots of privacy, but just minutes from Atascadero and Paso Robles, easy access to the Morro Bay drive and coastal access. Four bedrooms + sleeper sofa in the open living rooming allow for 8-10 guests. 2.5 bathrooms and full laundry room. Gather around with your wine finds of the day, grill your favorite dinner and relax in this comfy setting. Brand new to us as a short-term rental, so we look forward to your stay and your positive reviews! ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. We have a large family gathering each fall in Atascadero, and this year we thought a few of us would find a nearby property. This place was perfect. Only a couple of miles off the freeway, it felt like 1,000 miles away from the hustle and bustle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had family from Florida and Ohio out for a visit and we stayed at this house. The house was very clean and well maintained. The location was great and we saw a lot of deer on and around the property. Would highly recommend straying here.

Only downside at all is it’s a little out of the way and one time the gps took us a very sketchy route into town with single lane roads etc but that’s no fault of the property. The house was clean, big and very nice!

Large house with a fenced yard, well appointed and supplied with everything you need. very close to the beaches we love and wine tasting for the adults.

Thank you so much for hosting us. We are a family with 4 sisters. As the eldest, it was so nice to find a place where we could all stay together. It was so wonderful to have a place where aunties can play with their nephews. The 10 of us had beautiful time visiting Hearst castle, Morro Bay and Solvang. Thank you!

This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed at a house in the Paso Robles area with our family (two adult couples with 1 child each). The layout of the house was perfect, given everyone plenty of space and privacy. We all like to cook, so the kitchen becomes the gathering spot for meal prep and wine drinking. The “island” (counter?) allowed everyone the option to participate. The well stocked kitchen was exceptional. The large living room could accommodate everyone comfortably. The back yard is fully enclosed and had several places to sit, either in the shade or uncovered. Easy access to 101 and Atascadero was a plus. We look forward to returning.

We loved staying at Cynthia’s house and she was so kind and thoughtful. The house was very clean and comfortable. Cynthia was very respectful of our privacy and enjoyment of the home. We had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay there again!

We were very happy staying at this vacation home. It seemed like a house in the country yet it was minutes away from stores, restaurants and freeway access. The linens and towels were presented as if in a nice hotel but everything else in the home gave us the feeling we were staying with relatives. The touch screen/ digital concierge display at the entryway was also a nice feature that we hadn’t seen before. (We used the referral and weather information there to book a perfect horseback ride in the country) The home was very clean and all the appliances were new or in very good condition. The management company’s procedures also brought the best from the hospitality industry, calling us shortly before check in to see if we had any questions. If available, we would definitely stay here again.

I like this property. It is back in the hills. The property sits on a hill. It is very quiet. It is older but clean and very useable. There is lots of room for a large group or as with us, just a few. I recommend it.

This is a lovely home with a beautiful peaceful setting The rooms are spacious and the kitchen well supplied. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. We all enjoyed our time and would stay there again.

It was a great experience been there...really easy to check in. Heater was not working but they were really quick in responding calls and msg. They brought us heaters to keep us warm. Thank you for letting stay. 😊
